The ice cream is awesome. The drink selection/customization is unparalleled. However, f you're looking for that classic, hot, balanced burger from just five years ago or more, then, with honesty, I admit it's no specific location as it seems to be all locations I've visited sprinkled along about a 437 mile trek of texas for the past, at least, 3 years, that the meals come cold, soggy, sparsely balanced, cold tots, and just disappointing food overall. I've literally thrown out every burger or sandwich and tossed chili cheese tots every time I've tried them this last year. It's not a good sign that what once was a proud unique perfection has been altered into the hockey puck patties, the final molecule added cheese, the soured jalapenos, etc meals they've been massively over charging us patrons for years now. It's amazing what we so blindly have allowed ourselves indulge to.
My breakfast toaster tasted like burnt toast and it was soggy. I still ate the entire thing so it was good. Service was awesome

It is what it is. Greasy fried foods and good shakes. Great for cheating on diets
If you need fast food, this ain't so bad. ;-) Though it is unlikely to be rad, and if all that grease makes you sad, remember biofuels were just a fad.Support mom & pop shops whenever possible.
Still great fast food. My wife likes the phone app for ordering. Prompt service.
Great, fast service. Awsum menu with kool drinks/slashes. Food was fresh and hot. I recommend the foot-long chili cheese coney with onion rings & cherry limeade!
I don’t know why we keep going to this Sonic on the Island if their service is so bad. I guess we go because it is convenient. Tonight we stopped for ice cream…just ice cream. My husband pulled up to the drive through and ordered. He couldn’t understand the young lady because the speaker was clipping. Apparently the young lady had a hard time hearing my husband as well. Well as all miscommunication happens he received the wrong order. He repeated what he ordered and she said, “well I heard wrong.” My husband the way he is, he said “that is okay I will eat what you made me since we couldn’t understand each other.” But, not okay with me because what he was gonna eat he wouldn’t ever eat on any regular day. So I said “no take it back and make him what he wanted.” The girl gave me a hateful look and took it back. My husband ordered a banana split sonic blast and they gave him a banana split. So when the young lady returned with the “Sonic Blast” it looked like they threw the banana split into a blender and took the runny concoction and poured it into a cup. The girl asked my husband if he wanted a straw or a spoon which perplexed him because he always enjoys his blasts with a spoon. After driving away he took a bite of his blast and it was so runny he spilled it everywhere. Well we returned to the store and he proceeded to talk with a manager. The general manager followed my husband back to our vehicle because he asked for the receipt!! He didn’t correct the situation however, he gave us our money back. He should have at least offered to give us a correct product. Horrible service. I know people will say give them a break they are probably short on help. This was not short on help this was lazy.
2 drinks was messed up, we offered them back and they let us not only keep those but corrected drinks as well. Which was a plus considering we had a eight hour drive!
Is always slow.Never has my order right, I always order a 6 peice cheese stick with a grilled cheese, and they always charge me for 6 sticks, but then always had me 4. Everytim I go I have to correct themToday was the same thing, but they wouldn't give me the 2 extra sticks I paid for. The girls answer was "I guess we didn't relise you get 6".It was a poore excuse to over charge & not provide the food a paid for, its upsetting. I go here often & they lost a customer.I was on my lunch and didn't have time to argue with then for 1$ or wait for then to make more they took long enough alreadyTo many times, I've worked in food its not that hard. How they ways have my order wrong is beyond me, the customer "service" is beyond me
