Ordered at a stall. After 30 minutes, still no food and screen changed to push button to order. Pushed the button to ring up someone to find out the status of our order-just got a confused employee who had no idea. Luckily, the McD’s across the way was able to have something to us in under 5 minutes.
We ordered three ice cream sundaes and have been waiting for them now for about 30 mins.. we push red button and the lady was aware of it but nothing yet. We saw an employee go into the bathroom on his phone and come back out. . clearly he did not wash his hands . This is disgusting and they don't seem to care about how long anyone waits for their food .
Not like it was a 1 yr ago . They dont open at 6 am . So I have to go out of my way to Calallen to get a drink and bf. During lunch I've waiting 30 minutes before and help . What's the use of employees if no one works early.
Absolutely terrible would not recommend they are so slow and ALWAYS get your order wrong! Then they have a attitude about it , save your self the trouble and just go to the one in calallen they are way better.
The Sonic app gave us issues, but our visit over all was decent this time.
This place hasn't always been the best with service time or customer service but today Sarah G. Rocked it!! She was bubbly, friendly, fast & repeated back everything!!
Worst place for service. Ordered and waited 30 minutes and never received my order. Went to the one on Northwest Blvd…... and I kid you not ordered and within 10 minutes we had received our order. I will never return to this Sonic ever again. Worst experience ever ? I had to give them 1 star in order to post.They don’t deserve any stars from me!
Everything was great! Always the same great food and service. Best burgers in town. I don't have to come home and add more condiments
Usually pretty satisfied with my food here but this last visit was disappointing. My food was cold. The burger patties were dry. My tots tasted like they were old or overfried. I couldn't finish more than 2 bites. I gave 2 stars for the server who was friendly and courteous even though the food was not any good.
Just do better....waited for 35 minutes after my app order was supposed to be ready....it was 4 drinks but since you wouldn't give me a refund I waited. Do.....better
