Unbelievably rude. I tried to order a kid's meal about 5 minutes ago the lady decides to argue about what it says. The sign says that it's a junior Burger kids meal I'm specifying that I would like the junior Burger as it States on the sign on the sign as opposed to anything else if the lady wanted to argue with me about what it was. The line is wrapped all the way around the building but she thinks that they have plenty of time to argue with customers. Me and my kids are hungry and I'm hangry and I'm not in the mood for this BS.
I really like Sonic's food but sometimes I feel like some of the staff that takes orders needs to be trained better and when there are specials at Sonic people need to make sure that they are not being overcharged. I say that because there is some staff that takes your orders that seems to overcharge people. Not all of them are aware of the different specials that Sonic has. I love the fact that the food always comes out hot and not soggy and I've never had any problem with getting exactly what I order and getting it specifically like I order it. I would recommend Sonic to anybody. ❤️❤️
Food is always fresh and hot. They used to have the best malts in town, but now only offer shakes, a bummer to a family who loves malts! Now, if we want malts, we have to get shakes and take them home and add our own malts and mix it with a hand malts mixer (That's what the kids call it. I have long since forgotten what the actual name of it is! Sorry.
The employees act like they don't want to work,the orders are ALWAYS wrong. They take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer to customer complaints,the manager told me the phone was working when she left so they can't say they were out of order. My order was wrong today and the fries were cold along with an old burger bun.They need to stop hiring kids that are there that just stand around hoping for a good tip.
Got my order wrong yesterday, just a simple mix up so I came back today and they remade it without a fuss.Great service, hot fresh food, will return.
Server was great. Them chili cheese tots with onions and japs are ALWAYS off the chain. This location is awesome.
This is going to be a short review because outside of the helpful Server there is absolutely nothing to write about this location.We only ordered Cheese Sticks and Tater Tots and the wait to get them was waaay to long. My wife was about 3 bites shy of finishing the Poke Bowl she was eating before our order arrived...literally! The Speaker to order was barely audible, and for people that can't hear to well such as myself this made it very difficult to hear. To top it off none of the screens were working that I could see. We had to use the Menus on our Cell Phones to pick our items.Again, outside of the nice and helpful Server there is absolutely nothing special about this Sonic. A little TLC would go a long way for this location.
Ohhhh man. I had my first and last breakfast from Sonic... it was the saddest most terrible thing I've had in years. I ordered the croissant meal and received the thinnest sausage... can't call it a patty cause it was no patty. I should have taken a picture. Of course it was also over cooked but how could you even cook something so thin? It was as thin as a sheet of paper. Never again. I don't know if that's the usual patty size but if it is... waste of money.
If you want hot food and cold drinks,fast with a smile Sonic. Plus it helps alot of these kids get through college so go to Sonic!
If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD. This location is the slowest Sonic in town. I placed a mobile app order for 1 grilled cheese and 1 large Big Red. I got there and it took 15 minutes to receive my items. Last week I ordered a large Coke on Doordash and received an unsweet tea instead. I’ve gone to this location 3-4 times max and regret it each time. The Saratoga location is MUCH better and MUCH faster!
