20 mins after parking they took our order. 15 mins after that a manager came to tell us that they were waiting for our food to finish cooking. And 20 mins after that, we left without having heard another word. We sat in that parking lot with our money for over an hour. We made contact with 2 people in that time. Never paid for anything, all around us people came and ordered and ate and left. We drive a big red pickup. It's not like we blended in or anything. They just didn't... Anything. For an hour the drive thru and the car orders were taken all around us. But we drove down to burger king and we're in and out in under 5 mins. Won't be going back ever.
Loved it.... Fast service and my order was just right!! My Burger ? was warm and fresh made ?love the strawberry ? slush??
We ordered 2 drinks. Wait time was average. One drink was a large and we asked for raspberry flavor and extra raspberry flavor. Couldn't taste the raspberry because even though we paid for it, they apparently don't do that. One squirt no matter the size. A bit more when you order extra but not enough to really get the full flavor. ☹️
I ordered chili cheese tots and they look like they were put on a hot plate for hours, then shoved in a bag.Disgusting
Food was good order was correct service was fast and friendly. No complaints BUT.. It is STEADILY getting more expensive.. CALM DOWN KILLER.. WE GOTTA EAT TOMORROW TOO
Stopped in today for some chili cheese tots and they were awful....bitter, rancid-tasting, and soggy. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning from the three I ate before I threw them away. On the positive side the staff were very polite and they brought my food out fast.
Had to get a refund on my food because I ordered items that come with condiments and I never got the condiments so I called back and they said they'd be there...i waited about 8 minutes before I decided to try a different drive thru...had to go to a different drive thru just to get someone to respond back to me and by that time my food was cold. If you want everything you asked for, including condiments like ranch and cheese(for the pretzel) then I may suggest checking the back before they leave otherwise it'll be a while and a huge hassle to get them. Very sad because I've been going to this location for 15ish years!
They just don’t answer. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one answered. A bunch of people pull up and leave every time I go bc they just don’t take your order.And it wasn’t even busy. Had a total of FOUR cars in the like 30 spaces so it’s not like they were full, either.Second time this has happened.

Food came out pretty quick, I live down the street from this location and by the time I got home my burger was cold the cheese wasn't even melted, had only a drop of mayo (if you want to call it that), and my meat was in pieces.
