On Monday 6-6-22 Ordered 2 large mozzarella sticks, a 3 PC Cinnabon bites, and large coke. Did not recieve a receipt but paid with card. When I got home the Cinnabons were raw, with literal dough in the middle. Called the store to report this and manager on duty said that they never had an order like that this morning, basically implying that I'm lying because SONIC didn't give me a receipt, but I paid with card so I proof I was there. Apparently not good enough for them.And this isnt the first time I've received raw/undercooked food from this sonic!!!I also went to sonic on Saturday 6-4-22 (sometime in the afternoon 1-7pm), ordered a large mozzarella stick and large ocean water, and the mozzarella sticks were so undercooked that the cheese wasn't even melted, and they were cold on the inside, lukewarm at best on the outside. I didn't call this first time because maybe it was a one time mistake, but when I got my order this morning i realized that this isnt thefirst nor will it be the last time this sonic serves raw food.This to me is more more a simple error, as the food is not even cooked or edible, which should be the bare minimum for when orderding food.

Came to sonic today to pick up 1 corn dog for my grandmother who is in a nursing facility. Went through the drive through because there was no line… someone came on over the order board and took my order. I pulled up to the window and was informed that the drive through was closed but the gentleman said he’d be right with me since they took my order… waited about 5 minutes before a woman (assuming she was a shift manager) came out and rudely exclaimed that the drive through was closed and that I’d have to drive around and place my order at one of the drive in spaces. Very let down at the service and the attitude I received today over a $1.94 corn dog. Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to receive attitude in place of customer service.

worst customer service abs longest waiting time. rude incompetent employees that ignore your red button calls when requesting a refund due to a 35 minute wait for an icecream and a drink with only 3 other customers in the store. will not be going again.

I would like to thank Paris for her nice customer service when she came out with my drinks. Thank you so much for your nice job.

So happy hour starts at 5pm and apparently only online?! Hmmm....kind of odd. Did they think I wasn't going to question that. This sonic needs to have corporate come and check what this manager is doing!

0 for the hot coco, it literally has nooo taste. It’s like plain water ? needs a lot of sugar ! The mozzarella sticks are good tho ??‍♀️. & another thing is I do not like the drive thru because the workers can’t seem to hear me no matter how high I’m raising my voice & it takes longer just cause of that then end up getting my order all wrong smh.

Tea been tasting quite awful, leaves the mouth with a chalky feeling, manager said she drinks its daily, and that her and her regulars don't see anything wrong with the tea, the neighborhood your in, doesn't exactly scream quality, so im not confident you or these people even know what good tea tastes like. Got a free tea, and didn't even want it. Have standards please.

Absolutely the worst sonic ive ever been in my life , they never answered the speaker to order so I moved to another booth and then they didn’t have onions rings and they gave me the impression that they don’t care about the costumer . I will never go back or recommend anyone to that location ,
