Placed an order through the app that was processed and accepted. I planned around the time requested and upon my arrival to the store received a phone call informing me the store was closed. Order time was 17:30 and I arrived at 17:22. The representative on the phone told me I should have read the sign on the door stating store would be closed at 17:00. At a glance I could see two employees still in the store so I asked if they could make my order because how could I have known about the adjusted closing time when the listed closing time was 20:00. I was again told to refer to the typed letter taped on the door. Now I have no order no refund and reward points were taken from my account. Typically the service here is great but after today I won’t be returning.
Nice but expensive drinks. Real fruit would be great.
This place is getting cheap. They don’t even full cup all the way up and help is more worried about talking than about customer service. The pic is right after I got my drink and put straw in. Not one drink out of it. $8+ for drink and $1 tip not worth it if this is the way i am going to be treated.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in a couple days ago, and the young lady at the counter was being very rude, not to mention there were fruit flies all over the fruit and the store itself. I ordered a angel food because the worker up front wasn't very helpful. I had asked different questions and her answers were very vague. I proceeded to watch her coworker make the smoothie, and there flies inside the strawberry and banana tubs. The workers are very well aware of this problem because I saw them moving and shooing the flies away and still they do nothing about keeping the place clean. I will never return to this location again. Right after this incident, I went to the MCardle location, and let me just say their store looked and felt cleaner as soon as I walked in. Definitely suggest the MCardle location over Saratoga.
Vegan menu is great. It not that big but i love the options.
Today around 11:15 am there was a male worker who was rude to me bc HE got my order wrong. I never left the parking lot, had the 4 drinks and the receipt as proof that he screwed up, and he argued with me telling me it was right even though he charged me for 3 32 oz and 1 20 oz drink when I clearly had only 2 32 oz drinks. What does he do after arguing with me, turns around and walks away and another girl had to come up and apologize and correct the order. Not happy at all with the way I was treated when I had the proof in my hand. He should be fired if he can’t be polite. FYI-I’m in customer service and know what it’s like, so I was polite the entire time to him so he had no reason to be rude to me.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They always have my order ready quickly. I try different ones every time and they always help me choose.
I ordered a smoothie that was on sale and they didn't tell me I needed an add on to get the sale. I looked at my receipt and noticed I did not get the discount. I asked her about it and she said I needed to get the add on to get the receipt. I told her that was misleading and she laughed. I then said that it's not funny and I left the store yelling. I apologize for my outburst, it was not appropriate. I am not bothered by the $2 off, it's just money. What bothered me is that the lady did not let me know I needed the add in to get the discount, and that she laughed when I said it was misleading. I understand the stressful environment of having t take a bunch of orders and the logistics of the restaurant industry but I felt really low. I spend money here quite often, and I always leave a tip, why do I feel scammed? The behavior I encountered today was very scummy. I will continue coming to smoothie king, but probably not this location.Edit: the employee according to my receipt was Haylee
Amazing place. I called because my foot is broken and its a pain to get out of the car so they brought it out to me and let me pay in cash!!
2/11 I went to the smoothie king on Saratoga around 6:50 today and was not greeted buy the girl employee. I buy smoothies from here all the time, didn't feel welcomed this visit. She needs to remember we are the reason she gets a paycheck! Atleast say Hy:)
