I know it is probably a isolated incidence. but visited the location of Weber road in corpus Christi today and proceeded to watch the girl that rang me up and took my money handled all the money go around and pick up trash then go proceed back to making people's food with the same gloves on her hand. when I mentioned something about it and told him I'd like them to make me a new sandwich because she had handled my food after trash and money she acted like she didn't know what was going on they make me another sandwich still make it incorrectly I had left premises came back told him about it they proceed to take my sandwich apart put it back together tell me my sandwich is right and basically have a nice day. I would avoid this location till they get these kinds of problems taken care of with these underachievers that like to have a job nowadays
I am absolutely DISGUSTED & HORRIFIED from tonight's dinner! Only because my daughter was going to take out her pepperoni from her sandwich did she notice a LIVE baby ROACH in her sandwich!! My husband called & asked for the manager whose name sounded like "Skyler" a woman. She never even Apologized! Supposedl she is going to refund the meal but how would she feel knowing that her daughter almost ate a live Roach?? Didn't sound concerned or ANYTHING....
I don't know what's going on but we've lost our faith on this store, 2x they messed it order up but decided to try it 1 more time and of course they disappoint, we ordered the turkey guacamole and got home missing the guacamole twice and this last time was supposed to be chicken bacon smoke cheesy and my husband got the beef but can't home with both beef no chicken, wasn't able to eat my sandwich cuz it was slop, make sure you check your orders before leaving
The food is honestly great, But we got cheese soup instead of are tomatoe and fiesta chicken instead of a regular that was disappointing to not get what we ordered but still very good food.
Food is usually good, bread has seemed really hard the last several trips... can't imagine it's stale as busy as they are. I know there is a labor shortage right now, but their employees need some customer service training... they are borderline rude and I've had a couple not even respond when you speak to them. The tea always seems really watered down, so there is definitely some room for improvement there - get a soft drink instead.
Service was great as usual. Food was really good and employees did an outstanding job dealing with the rush they had at the time. There is a schlotzsky's in annaville on leopard that is way closer to home but I stopped going there when the employees left my family and I waiting in line for about twenty minutes and never served us.Now we drive an extra 20 miles just for the service and good food at the schlotzsky's on weber. Will be returning soon.
Why is the dining room not open? They say they are open. There is nothing about dining room being closed. The drive thru is crazy long and I called in my order to pick it up.
This was sooo good but the bread keeps breaking! :/ if not I would rate it 5 stars!
Way better than subway! Best sandwich place in the world! Love it here it is super expensive
Sandwiches are good. Spoke to a GM there about an issue I had at another Schlotzky's. Was told I would be getting points added to my app to make up for the issue, but they never came.
