we placed our order, paid and waited an hour before we had any food. I saw numerous customers ask for refunds and leave. there were also people who came in after us but were served before we were. Terribly understaffed and to top it off part of my order was wrong.
Why wasting time with other managers why you have a trusted manager who is very reliable and dependable hurry up and start your trade with Mrs. Emilia William she's the best among all. I have tried 12 of them but she prove me right and help me gaining high profit. Schlotskys is my mom's favorite thing. She probably hadn't eaten at one in 15 years. So for Mother's Day, *belated I took her here. I was worried based on some of the reviews - but we had not trouble. The food was out quickly and it was SO GOOD. Employees hollered, "Have a good day!" to us as we left. Could use a good Spring cleaning, but we felt really comfortable eating there and have no complaints.
The cashier, Valentina, was incredibly rude. None of the staff were friendly or showed any manners. Had to ask for the chips, cookie, and drink that came with my meal. Just don’t go inside and eat, get it delivered
We went for just the cinnabons and the staff was very nice and added pecans since they were out of all but one kind.
The lady that took our order Viviana has a very bad attituded and not very professional. She even goes to the back after I told her she didn't take my order right and she kicks the door so loud acting like it was my fault. I guess they only have 2 employees because everytime my husband and I come to get food it's all the same. This lady should not be working if she acts like she has a chip on her shoulder all the time.

Worst customer service ever! Did not get greeted, had someone come to the register and say she needed someone to unlock it then waited another 10mins for a different employee to come over with her headphones on and just stared at me with stupidity in her eyes. I asked her if she was ready to take my order since the previous employee said that someone had to unlock and she pulled one headphone out her eye and gave me the ugliest look I've ever received. Not counting how hot it was in there no wonder the lobby was empty. Employees should be fired so people that actually want to work could have a job. Would not recommend and will never go back
Very very slow lunch service. Appears to only have 2 employees working. Customers are getting mad and leaving. Won't come back.
First time eating here and I was completely surprised. If Subway is not your thing but you like sandwiches, you gotta give this place a try. Very good food, only reason 4 stars is they were out of almost half the drinks. Will definitely be back again.
