A little road construction to deal with, but very well worth it! My favorite Mexican food restaurant in town! Great friendly staff, great prices, wonderful chips & salsa, huge menu (carne guisada plate and tostadas are my favorites), seems recently remodeled, AND AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH... they NOW have frozen lime Margaritas that are fabulous! (I actually got the very first one from their new machine!)
As regards the breakfast taquito: delicious homemade flour and corn tortillas of generous size and tasty fillings (egg… a la Mexicana… or with… bean or bacon or sausage or nopal, etc.) are the hallmarks of Santa Rosita. To boot, here will you find decent coffee, authentic beans, and ATTENTIVE service! My only beef is with the acoustics inside….the tile floor (which is attractive and clean, mind you) does make for a loud ambience. I LOVED the windows, which wrap around and give a natural light and elegance to the place. Thank you to the staff for all wearing masks. I highly recommend, and, if you’re in a hurry, the drive through looks great! Another amazing gem of a Mexican restaurant staffed with kind people in CC!!
Went to drive through ordered a burrito plate i told her I wanted beef she didn't understand so I said beef fajita when I got home it was small burrito with only 3 pieces of fajita in the burrito no gravy just some cheese a small tiny amount of rice and beans. The plate was expensive. The taste was not good either. I will never go back to eat there again. Just because its drive thru it shouldn't mean to make a plate with less quality. I go to taco express and seafood instead they never dissapoint.
Prompt and friendly service. Menu selections are delightful. Generous portions. This is a very roomy and friendly atmosphere.
The service was quick, but at the expense of the quality of food. I ordered the barbacoa... It was a greyish/mauve color, had no flavor and gave me an ugly look when I spit it out. The other taco... Bacon/bean/cheese was a bit more friendly looking, but turned out to be cold and heartless as well. Two tacos down. ? ?
Food is affordable and good portion for price. Wait staff is friendly and tries their best, seems like they've been short handed for a while.
Way over priced. Just for 3 drinks and two plates was about $29. Mind you we only got our son a small drink but he didn't wanna eat (he wasn't feeling good) and they charged $3 for it. I understand prices are goin up but a childs drink bring that much is ridiculous.

One of the top 3 best authentic mexican restaurant in corpus every time i drive down to corpus it's always my first stop and the last stop before I drive back to Houston their tacos are huge homemade corn and flour tortillas and their meals are enormous and very affordable .
Had a piece of wire in my barbaco taco. I almost ate it.They just took off the price of the taco from the tab. No concern what so ever. It seems it is a common practice to find foreign object in there food.
