Great spot for pool, great vibe, great drinks - overall it's awesome! Women's restroom could use some maintenance (i.e. stall doors don't close and lock properly). I'll probably go again whenever I feel like playing pool.
Awesome place! & Good People....except the door man during emo nights.Not Checking IDs right..I always catch my brother there with his friends drinking and he is under age.The flyer says 21+
bartenders drinking behind the bar and being obnoxiously loud, was gonna come in and have a few drinks tonight but got stopped at the door for a cover, for a band I never heard of in my life let alone wasn't their for, just wanted to get a few drinks up at the bar but decided to walk out. oh well, lost my business entirely...
Bartenders are pretty chill. I like going as does the wife. Only downfall the bathrooms are gross. Smells terrible. Haven’t tried the food since kitchen is right next to bathrooms. If the bathrooms didn’t smell like a dirty truck stop and were clean this place would be hard to beat.

I've only been to Rich's a handful of times since it made the transition from Theo's. Each time, I enjoy myself more than the last. The atmosphere is very lively and welcoming. Special thanks to our waitress last night, Erika, ten out of ten would recommend stopping by while she's working.
I would be ashamed if I owned this place. The people there are so rude and unorganized. My beer was even warm. This place is disgusting.
Terrible experience altogether. Bad management horrible place. I don't want to go there again.
Was in here tonight (my first time) the bartenders were very helpful with beers & drinks they definitely took care of me & my party that was hereHeard some female customers getting mad because the wait was awhile (busy night) my wife & I loved it here! We can’t wait to come back we loved the staff & the crowd that was there tonight!!
I usually go to this place a lot but last night I was very disappointed! It seems like every time I go to play pool or have a drink with my friend’s the bartenders are very rude. I stood in line for 20 minutes until she finally decided to loose the attitude and ask what I would like. I will not be going back tonight was the last time I’ll be going back would highly recommend not going when the girl with tattoos is working very unfriendly.
