They have very good machacado taq & the enchiladas are wonderful

I have driven by this "restaurant" many times and finally decided to try it today. I got a potato and egg taco with a strip of bacon. It was possibly one of the worst if not the worst breakfast taco that I have ever eaten. I think they barely warmed up the tortilla. It was stiff and tore while I was trying to eat the taco. The eggs were flavorless. It was clear that salt is non-existant in their kitchen. It was edible, but just barely. The food was super dry.I will not risk trying anything more complicated from this place. If you can't get eggs right I highly doubt that you can get anything more complicated right.
