The staff went above and beyond to get my order out quickly! Carolina really made my day making sure I had a great experience. The food was hot and everyone was friendly even thought it was busy
The service and food quality is sporadic. One time it will be great another time the staff will be short, very the order wrong. One trip the chicken may be perfect but another day the pieces may be small or overcooked.
We took our grandchildren out to the gem and mineral show. Afterwards we went to Popeyes. Food was real ?
Did is good but they never get the correct amount or flavors of the sauces that come with the meal.
The food was fresh and was still and delicious after a 10 minute drive home.
I ordered Popeyes through the mobile app and ordered a Hottie 12pc nuggets meal. I received my order through the drive through and was given NO sauce. The main staple of the meal was not given to me. I did not notice until I got to work and could not go back. They were super slow business wise and they even almost forgot to give me my drink as I pulled away. I am very disappointed and have enjoyed Popeyes frequently for over 25+ years. I would expect if you have to order a specific meal to get the Hottie sauce, it better be included. Why else would I have ordered it? Livid about the whole experience and cannoy enjoy my meal without the sauce I ordered and paid for. Also, the Hottie Chicken sandwich was drench in sauce inside and outside of the bun and all over the inside and outside of the packaging. Ridiculous.Edit: Popeye's has amazing guest service. Love the chicken but most of the time SO dry.
Prices continue going up, but the food was good. Employee was friendly.
Had at one time enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Never again at this location. It was a sloppy mess. Mayo running off everything. Bun all distorted. Not stopping here again.
I understand most of the fast food places are understaffed and over worked but these last few visits have been consistently bad. They always forget something so I check everything before driving away. Food hasn't been bad it's mainly just forgetting items.
