I was told in advance that the fryers had just gotten fixed and it would take 15-20 minutes for my order and that was fine. However, I get my order and could plainly tell that my chicken strip were not spicy so I asked before going to my table are you sure these are spicy? If yes she said. Well sure enough I bite into it and no it's not. The food is good but you have to beg for condiments. I made for trips up to the counter. They did not appreciate that I waited to get my food.i could have went somewhere else and been made to feel more at home!

I love Popeyes chicken. I really do. But this location can’t get an order right if their lives depended on it. Examples of mistakes they have made. 1). No wings please. Get a box full of wings. 2) half and half spicy and mild (box of 12). Only two Spicy. And no divider. 3) wrong sides. If you want Popeyes and want your order to be correct don’t go to the everheart location
My son and I had a long hectic day. But everyone working there at the end of the day was helpful, respectful, happy genuine smiles.It turned out to be a pleasant evening, and the place was clean.They worked as a team, no one had to be told to pitch in.We eat out a lot. And it was surprising to me.Great leadership.
The drink that I received from the drive-thru machine was tasteless. The self-service drink machine in the dining room not working. Chicken pieces were small and the customer service was so, so.
Yay! Finally a Popeyes that actually had chicken. This was our 3rd and final attempt to actually have a meal at Popeyes. The 1 that didn't have chicken were in PA.The chicken was good, but the breading is a little heavy for us, especially on the nuggets.We tried 5 sauces, the BoldBQ and Blackwned Ranch were really tasty!
Every time I go to this Popeyes the employees ignore me standing at the counter for 15 to 20 minutes trying to order. It's always empty and there is no valid excuse for the way they ignore customers. Their managers also ignore customers waiting at the counter. Worst thing is they are sitting in the back acting inappropriate and cursing.
This is probably the best Popeyes in town. They have really friendly customer service, and drive through lane moves quickly. Which is shocking to me these days considering how understaffed everywhere is right now. Today I ordered chicken tenders and they were out of the mild. They let me know and offered the spicy which I also love and I told them that it was no problem. They still threw in an apple pie for me for the Inconvenience. Then I get home and come to find out they gave me an extra biscuit as well. Completely unneeded but very appreciated. Also want to add that one time I did have to wait a longer time for my food (it was during lunch hour) and that day they threw in an extra chicken tender for me because of the delay. I saw the other reviews on here and everyone complains about the wait and horrible service. Kinda thinking these are a bunch of Karen’s up in here lol. I think if your kind to the employees and have an understanding on what it’s like to work fast food and understand that places are understaffed they will take care of you here.
Always slow most days, have you pull up to close ticket then they forget about you. Said six minute to make a chicken sandwich, took over thirty minutes!!Had guy check on me and ask what my order was. Didn't hear back from him in 10 minutes. No other cars came.They didn't even try to make it after pulled up again to ask where order was. Guy lied and said you everything out.Didn't comp or nothing just a short.Never pull away from window here they will ignore your order.Got home and can tell they just threw everything together. Almost 1 hour to make an order of two chicken sandwiches and they failed and only made one. Couldn't get 1 order right of a full staff and no other orders. Simply forget a whole sandwich.Really it is never worth trusting this location.
Chicken strips were not hot, asked for ranch, didn't get it, waited a long time for the food too. No napkins either. Not a great experience to be honest. I will avoid.
