Waited over twenty or thirty minutes to get a hot fish sandwich. It was room temperature when they gave it to me. They made a fresh one, so they say.
I ordered through the app and picked up my order through the drive-thru. I got my order and I was supposed to get 2 sides (fries & cole slaw) but only got thevfries, very little fries by the way. I didn't realize it until I got home. This is the 2nd time I go to this location and they forget something. I don't think I'll be going to this particular location anymore.?
Rude and made me wait in parking lot for good while for a small order they said will bring out to me, while 5 cars behind already got their orders, id never got mine, other popeyes around town have better staff than this ghetto chicken dump. Highly disappointed bruh
This place is trash the worst Popeyes ever .shouldn't even be allowed to be called Popeyes. They are allways out of something if not all out of biscuits, out of drinks only mashed potatoes. Out of chicken how can a chicken place be out of chicken don't waste your time and money going here.......
Ordered ahead through online ordering. Arrived at designated time 20 minutes later. Three people standing around talking, had not even looked at online order. Went to box order. Out of breasts. Also out of mac n cheese. Had to wait 10 more minutes for them to fry more chicken. Poor service.
Everything was done right and my order was correct! Best fast food apple pie I've had.
This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I ask for an 8 piece family order of chicken, 4 Thighs and 4 Wings spicy w/family bean and rice, a small mashed potatoes. I had to repeat my order 4 times when ordering. I repeated my order at the window again. I waited 17 minutes and my order was wrong. It was mixed reg and spicy, legs and breasts, french fries and a small red beans and rice. I told the person it was not a family red beans and rice, he said it was. I knew it wasn't, how could he not. I look at the box of chicken and sure enough it was wrong. I went into the Popeyes and asked for the manager. He assured me he would remake my order and he didn't, another 15 minutes. I thanked him and left.When I got home l found he shorted me a thigh...SMH.Is it just me, it seems like so many people are lacking Customer Service SKILLS. Where has are ethical pride gone?Never will I step foot at this location again. Weber & Gollihar Popeyes.
Spent over 60 dollars and hate to say, it was just terrible. No napkins no spoons of forks, no honey after we specifically asked. The staff was polite but when we got home after a long day and just wanted to end it with something quick and delicious, everyone was very disappointed and it was basically a waste of money. Which. Sucks because we love their good.
Good luck getting food...dining room is closed..completely understaffed...this is an ongoing theme for all popeyes I've visited recently in the area. I used to love popeyes now I cant even enjoy it anymore because it's so poorly run.. so sad but dont waste your time unless you have plenty of it.??
Bought some chicken tenders a biscuit and fries and a drink. Prices were awesome food was hot and tasted freshly made. Service was quick considering the long line at the drive through and customer service was excellent.
