The manager that is there right now is rude and must be having a bad day. She put to much ice in my drink so I asked her to make me another one. She throws the drink damn near making my husband almost drop it then she slams the window shut. We try to blow the horn to get her attention and she wouldn't even look our way. Worst customer ever.
Everytime I go the food is old and hard I mean I love popeyes better then any chicken restaurant but this location makes me reconsider I spend money here and never get what I pay for then I come back for a remake and its even WORSE !!!!

They got my order wrong and the drive threw cashier told me to go around to the other side and that she would bring it, when she came outside with the bags of food she didn't even know who ordered what honestly I'd rather throw the food away since they didn't get my order right, I will go there to make sure they correct my order and I won't ever go there again in my life it's like the low income areas the restaurants cant even get are order right but on the south side everything is better!?
Waited over 30minutes on a order I called in 20 minutes before I arrived almost a hour in total what kind of service is this huh wise guys I tell ya

The Popeyes on Port! They had a family meal posted then said it's not on sale anymore because the didn't have the button on the register to charge for it. So I ordered the equivalent family pack. The had no spicy chicken!!! Asked to speak to a manager and guess what? She was the manager!!!
The food is always hot and fresh when I go, but the wait time is horrible and a few times I have gotten home to items missing. This last time the mashed potatoes were missing and when my boyfriend told them they said they were out. Okay fine, but when they gave him the food they didn't even mention the fact that they were out of mashed potatoes. They did give an extra fry, but still the fact is they weren't gonna tell us about the mashed potatoes had we not brought it to their attention.
Usually no problems. Tonight, a male worker came out with the food after having us drive around and park (we have to drive out to a main street and come back into the parking area). And would not even read the receipt to check if it was our order. Stating we need our receipt. The window did not tell me I will need my receipt. I just came from the grocery store, stopped at Walmart, ... do you know how many receipts I have in my purse. My food was going around car to car and then he has the nerve to walk in saying this car left.... hello, I am inside trying to get a copy of my receipt so you can give me my food.
