Worst place ever made my pizza wrong with the wrong sauce so I asked if my whole order could be remade cause everything else was cold he literally said no cause they did not mess up on the side orders so it's not their fault,how is it not their fault if I didn't have to turn back do my order CLD be fixed then my sides would not be cold...The worst service ever plus the guy looked high as hell CLD not even barely talk..that's what I get for ordering from the worst pizza hut in town.
Pizza was raw tasting and the dough was wet and too moist for my taste. This is the second time at this location.
Not forget ingredients on pizza and not let our food get cold by taking your sweet time getting our change and not apologizing for the wait time
Better pizza that is not swimming in grease, the pizza look like it was dropped from a 10 story bldg. General mangers at store was rude, not caring.
My pizza and wing looked great and they tasted great. Delivery was fast and drive nice.
Horrible customer service! If I could give this place a 0 star I would, I called to ask if they Seal it before delivering because I received my pizza with stickers torn open and instead of being polite, the lady who answered was extremely rude! I’m sorry but that’s disgusting!
My order was late and my food was cold I was not very happy that I spent $50 on two stuffed crust pizzas and wings and received cold food and it was over an hour late highly dissatisfied with this location in my experience. I feel like I should receive a refund.
The pizza showed up late and all of the topping slid off like the held the box sideways. The cheese sticks stuck to the top of the box indicating it was upside down long enough to have hot cheese stuck to it.
The cashier was very rude. I waited at least 30 minutes before I was helped. Manager asked if I been help I said no but all he did was walk away too. Finally the cashier came up and asked my name..I asked if I can have 2 2liter soda she got upset cuz I had already paid. Instead of listening to me she charged me for 2 20oz Instead, got more upset when I told wanted 2 liters not this.
The food was excellent. The cashier was nice but we waited a really long time for our food. Turns out it was done and they set it to the side instead of bring it out to us.
