Stop lying to your customers. I was there and left because we didn't receive service after 15 minutes...and saw employees walking by and we were sitting right behind the hostess stand and 4 poeple were gathered there and not a one acknowledged that we hadn't had service. when I called back and spoke to the manager, he apologized and wanted us to come back which I declined because we had already driven away. He then proceeded to take down my information and said he would send me something in the mail. All lies...nothing was sent and here we are since May 1st and nada.

We had reservations and met friends at Outback. The waiter said their truck didn't arrive so they had an abbreviated menu. It looked okay so we ordered the blooming onion as starter. WE then ordered, and the waitress came back and said they were out of several of the items we ordered. So we ordered again. The waitress came back and said they were out of those items also and only had a couple things remaining. We left. I hadn't been to this Outback before, and won't return.
We were disappointed that there was no prime rib yet available (reason we went there). The valentine deal sirloin was good. The potato soup did not seem to have the same quality in flavor or consistency, but was "good". The overall experience was "good". We will not return until we know that the Prime Rib will be available. We drive an hour each way just to go to the nearest Outback.

Food was very salty and service wasn’t good .and they didn’t have too many Customers.Now I remember why we stop going .
The waitress was very nice and the service was prompt. I’ve eaten at this chain before and on this visit I ordered the prime rib sandwich because the pic on the menu looked great. The meat was definitely not prime rib. It was small chunks of cheap steak of which 40% was fat. I regret having eaten any of it. So, my recommendation to you mate is to stay away from this menu item.
Excellent service! Visited this location for a friend’s birthday, and the waitstaff was AWESOME! The service was prompt, environment was welcoming, and the steak I had was delicious. I’m one of those customers that prefers to eat steak prepared at home because most restaurants can’t prepare it to my liking, but this was definitely the exception. They now have a repeat customer in me.My friends also enjoyed the dining experience.
OH! MY! GOODNESS! The food was freaking amazing! I had gotten Bloomin Flaming Chicken with a sweet potato and all of its fixings. Let me just say that I have no words to describe how amazing the food was. Will definitely come back again.
-so i ordered the colossal tots, crab cake bites & a kiwi strawberry lemonade for delivery. Well my order was wrong so I called Outback. I was put on the phone with the head guy himself, Dexter. Long story short, he PERSONALLY delivered me my correct order PLUS MORE EXTRAS!! I love the extra mile they went to make sure i was happy & FULL!!
