Extremely rude little girl at the register telling people to wait outside in 95° heat. Perfect way to run off customers. I will never darken your doorway again.** Excellent way to prove you dont care about your reviews. You are down to 3.8 stars and cant even use my name when responding. My name is Jim as it can clearly be seen and all of your automated responses are the same. Your product is good but not good enough to overcome absolutely horrible service.
We were yelled at for being the 6th customer in the store and told to go back outside and wait. We will not be back to support this business. No one wants to wait outside in the heat and be yelled at to leave the store. Several other people behind us left as well. I highly recommend getting a cake from another business.
I used to really like their cakes whoever lately when I've gotten them they've been very dry however the icing is fantastic. They have a sign of the door that says no more than five people however you cannot see how many people are inside from outside the window you must open the door. As soon as I opened the door someone yelled at me to get out. You have very poorly trained staff no one should be yelling at your customers. I've seen this complaint on your website for quite some time and obviously no one is doing anything about it because it is continuing. In fact the replies back from this company must be computer-generated cuz they're pretty much identical so no one is truly interested in improving anything with this company especially at this location.
Forced to stand outside with my daughter in the cold as there were 3 people already in the store. As one would leave, another single individual would walk in ahead of us because the max allowed in the store is 3. Also when we finally got in, we had to leave because the girl at the counter very loudly yelled that we didn't have masks on. I've never been talked to like that by someone in customer service and it was a very bad experience. I can't believe they're letting a young person yell at people like that. Honestly I will never go back to this location again which is unfortunate because I love their bundt cakes.
I placed an order online then went a few days later to pick it up. At the door I was told only 3 customers allowed and asked to stand outside. I said I was there to pick up. So I was told to go outside and text to a number and wait. After getting back in my car to wait, I received a text that I could pick up my order in slot #3. No personal service. I don’t need a business trying to protect me from other people or any illnesses that may be in the air. I want a business to provide customer service. I will not be back.
Worst ever! It’s ok to just have 4 customers inside at a time but Why NOT make 4 people who already placed their orders, wait outside until there orders are done!! Instead they just wait inside and the girls at check out freaking out there are too many people inside!! Never will be back. Just needed to get order that was placed a week ago and add candles to my order. Never will be back!!!
Lost another sale and lost a customer. They claim to follow "CDC guidelines" however, the CDC changed their guidelines and no longer recommended masks. Yet this business ignores that. They have so spent so long heavily preaching about how they follow the "CDC" guidelines and now when it changes they completely ignores them. New flash, you can not have your cake.... and eat it to.
Yelled at and scolded to put on a mask and leave the store as I was the 4th person in line. It’s 37 degrees outside and I have to stand in the cold due to a useless and illegal mask policy that does nothing. I will NEVER go back. If you really want people to be healthy, maybe don’t sell diabetes inducing products. If your morally fine with that, then let the customer decide about their own health.
If an establishment requires masks, they should provide them. I am vaccinated and do not keep masks on myself as they are not required. There is no mask mandate.
Still required to wear mask. Just lost a sale of 3 cakes for a banquet tonight. When are you going to realize mask do not work!
