It was really busy when I visited today. You can tell the manager was swamped with drive thru orders. When I had walked in I thought no one was at the front to take an order. So I ordered from the screen. Then realized there was a woman huddled over behind her phone at the counter. While I sat and watched the entire team going through chaos she didnt offer any help at all. An elderly man was waiting and the manager had to assist him because of how lousy her service skills were. I've worked at 2 different McDonald's locations in two different cities. The motto was always, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." So having been part of the company before that was really sad to witness for not only myself but her. The manager had asked her if she had gotten my items ready and she ignored her, and made it herself. When handing my items the manager was extremely nice and respectful. I love this location and hope to come back for another chance.
I went to mcdonalds to get something to eat for me and my fiance we got quarter pounders with cheese the meat was so raw that it was still cold I took them back and The manager didn't seem to care all she did was remake them and those patties were raw as well if their corporate office don't do anything about it I will be suing them
The. Service here was quick and the drive thru line moved quickly. Our food was nice and hot as well. Staff was friendly and the food tasted fresh. Their mocha frappes were on point!! And they got our order correct!!
DO NOT ORDER ON DELIVERY SERVICE.After receiving someone else’s order on a previous delivery a while back, I decided to give it a try today…Same result. Instead of my chicken nuggets I received three plain and dry cheeseburgers.Not sure how you mix those items up… especially when you’ve got a receipt on the bag that indicates what goes into the bag.
I order from you guys all the time on uber eats and today I am missing a 20pc nugget that was supposed to be in the quarter pounder bundle.. I got the 2 quarter pounders the 2 medium fries and did not get the nuggets. Please make sure you check over the orders. Today was disappointing
2 Beef patties were on d top bun. No beef on d second bun on a big Mac.
Hot French fries are the best when there straight out the fryer into your bag.
drive-thru girl doesn't know the difference between hot and mild. said they where taking cash only. when I got to the window she took my twenty and disappeared into the back. after several minutes she return with my change. When i got my food no receipt. I think somebody's stealing. In my experience that tells me your night shift manager is involved ,cashier, and probably a few if not all employees on that shift. Time was almost 4 am. Food was good. Service sucked. I'd bet your inventory is way off.
What can I say let's see. I went to McDonald's for breakfast around 9:45 am. George stores Manager is who I asked for extra condiments from says to me I hear good things about you you're over there at the k right?What you don't know is the timing and the shock of what he said is a story too long to tell I can not only is God good all the time but he truly works in mysterious ways by 10:45 at that finish my breakfast and everything I left McDonald's with a job paying $13 an hour. Four more dollars then I was making at that k Circle. PS trying to big breakfast it was about six bucks or whatever but man the pancakes the sausage the hash brown the scrambled eggs etc it was all delicious too
Long wait at drive thru...food was cold & terrible. Called n spoke to Mgr. on duty she blamed my cold food order on it being Halloween evening. She offered to redo my order...but she cut me short and hung up on me b4 I could finish sentence. ?Long wait..cold food & rude shift mgr.. No Thanks I will visit another location..
