Slow slow and slow. Awful. By the time I got my slushy, it was all liquid. I've gone back several times and things just don't seem to get any better. Today it took 15 minutes to get to McChickens. Really? 15 minutes?! If I could give less than one star I would
Didn't like this location....Had to wait for them to give me my change they didn't have enough bills in the register. I got my order and my drink and no straw in my bag , food was okay
While I do enjoy coming here because of the good food it has a few problems. The day crew more often than not seems to mess up on orders a lot or loses them. Love going late at night when i get out of work because of that but I would suggest having some cash on hand given their systems seem to crash on them more often than usual.
Because of the holidays I've ordered from this McDonald's about 7 times in the last couple months. Only one of those times was our order satisfactory( 40 chicken nuggets) The burgers have been cold, thrown together sloppily, and meat overcooked. Excessive amount of ketchup all on one side of the burger dripping between the buns, or hardly any ketchup at all. Tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I actually considered taking it back because it was thrown together so sloppily. The cheese wasn't even melted there was only two pickles and a piece of a onion. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets they were ice cold. We live 0.6 MI away. I don't normally make complaints and I try to be understanding of staffing shortage but you shouldn't stop taking pride in your work.
Costumer service is greatly lacking at this location.... couldn't even place my whole order because the lady kept talking over me.
This location is convenient. Wait time was very short. Fries were hot and fresh. Staff was very polite. Overall a great experience.
I like mcds I really do but this place is different no thank you for choosing mcds and didn't say nothing I try saying thank you and noting like are you sad?? And then I come home to eat and told them I wanted BBQ sauce and I get nothing ?
I go here 1-2 times a week sometimes more for a Large Iced Caramel Coffee and a Sausage McMuffin. $4.20. So affordable for a quick and delicious breakfast. The staff are friendly in the drive-thru. They are usually busy on weekday mornings but they get the cars in and out.One of the only McDonalds in Corpus that makes the caramel iced coffee taste great. Idk what the other locations are doing but this location does a great job with my coffee. And I neeeeed my coffee lol.
