I love the McDonalds on Leopard st ,in Corpus Christi Texas,but some of the staff act like they are better than me,very rude and acted like I was trying to steal a roll of paper towels,really !!!That was my only situation.otherwise it's a great place
I don't understand when I ask to have something fresh, the employees make faces and cut you off and tell you to pull up. I'm ordering nuggets and the last time I got nuggets they were old and stale and my granddaughter was upset. If I'm going to pay for them they better be fresh. The little girl at the window just cut me off and she seemed put off that I had asked by the way she turned around to tell her manager. Not sure what's wrong with people today but it just seems like people have bad attitudes.. if you don't like your job then what are you doing there?
On Morgan and crosstown I got 2 cheeseburgers without patties in them!!! And they didn't give me a receipt or wanted to take back the burgers for real ones. .. very rude young women running the place and working during lunch hours

Wish they would get the entrance fixed already we got hit in the drive thru area because we couldn't exit where you normally do. Everything else is fine! Just won't go as often anymore because of that reason.
I like there nice and they listen when i ask for my food fresh ?

This particular McDonalds was a bit of a disappointment. I went in to order a McDonald's. I ordered at a kiosk, then I waited 5 minutes for someone to ring it up (I paid cash). It took an additional 14 minutes to get my burger, all the while cars at the drive-thru were ordering and receiving their orders while myself and two other people stood watching, drooling with hunger. What's up with that ? ?
Was there to pick up a coffee this morning, October 22nd 2021 and I would just like to thank the ladies at the drive-thru window who delivered excellent customer service. Very friendly and fast service. And of course the coffee is always great and all their other fast food menu items.
Employees are awesome here. They truly make you fill welcomed.
