Not at this point NOOOOOO!!! I just got home from McDonald's just to find out and see that my daughters hamburger the meat was raw and red in the middle of the patty!!! There Is no ketchup just plain and dry with cheese only on it!!!! I swear I my child catches ecoli or any illness due to this you will be hearing from me and I have pictures to prove it!!! It is gross and disgusting!!!!
I live in Driscoll and the Robstown McDonald’s never had half the menu items, so I made the drive to the Annaville location on the one night they are closing early to spray, I ordered online so there was no option to cancel. Michael was going to take down my info so I could come back tomorrow and pick up my order, but said that they hadn’t quite shut everything down so he would just go ahead and make my nuggets for me so I didn’t have to make the drive back. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Michael, definitely worth the drive for the great customer service
You know it's a hit or miss with the app but I will say it's gotten alot better but app aside as far as this location I pretty much see the same workers when I go since I go often & they're always great. Multitasking, polite and professional. I'm in & out with tasty food. What more can I ask for.
You seemingly dont have an option of ordering at the counter anymore.You order at a kiosk..wasting valuable time.Meanwhile..persons are working outside,in all weather getting your order..right in front of the drive through kiosk.Its not logical, service is slowed down insideElectronic measures are negated outside.Whatever transitional stage the "fast food" est is in..it has to be stressfull on the staff, stressfull on the customer and slows down the process,drives up prices,stress and ultimately, the experience drives down the value of the food.Think, is it worth going in for "fast food" and its not.Lucky they do serve a consistent qualityThe employees are courteousRight now the process needs mitigation.
Very very poor service...and the workers unprofessional...no good customer service...they dont gave your food ready ...need new management to run the place ...wauted for a long time for small order...they dont care if you are in a hurry or not ...if there was a negative stars would give them that
The staff here are usually nice. After 8yrs oh living around the corner I've come across some attitudes every now and then, but nothing major. For the most part though, I've never had an issue with my orders being wrong, just an occasional "Our ice cream machine is down"but that's most McDonald's. The lines can get long but the wait isn't terrible. I like this McDonald's and will continue to go here.
No communication skills. Almost gave me the wrong order. Missing item. Too many workers busy talking and standing around for nothing. They short you on fries. Ex: Large fries are filled halfway for a medium or small fry! I had a RUDE order taker (ex: he asks, " What else or anything else" everytime you tell him your order! #Frustratedcustomer
Dining in is a joke. They will always focus on the drive thru more, and although there is no one else in the restaurant, you will have to wait 10-15 minutes for an employee to take your order. And another 20 minutes for two burgers and two drinks (my husband ordered one drink and they charged him for two) let alone when we went to leave an employee cut in front of us (to the point where we had to stop walking) to mop a floor she already mopped just to stand around and pretend to clean, no excuse me or anything. It will always be this location I'm most disappointed in.

This location on Violet is always busy but I think that actually makes their food better. The food is always fresh and hot because it doesn’t have time to sit around. I knocked off a star because they asked if I wanted picante sauce, I said yes but then they forgot to put it in the bag. Also I feel their prices are higher at this location. No matter what I order, it seems to cost me almost $10 per person every time. I think that’s expensive for fast food.
