Jadyn took my order here and said there was no more sweet cream.. saw that there was ice cream n told her if she can scrape it and put it in the cup.. she did and could you guess that it fit in a cup lol come on now, don’t be lazy.
Just bought a glazed chunk of ice cram an it was labeled ice-cream chocolate cake with butter pecan it was literally a chunk of glazed ice cream no chocolate cake to be found and it ruined the gift I bought for my dad thinking it was going to be good might as well have bought a bucket of ice cream for wayy cheaper I wasted my money on this and it ruined my gift for my dad thanks alot I'm never going to you guys again I'm gonna stick with Baskin Robin's

This is the absolutely worst location on the face of the earth for this establishment. The people that work there work as if they are stuck in quicksand. The last 3 times I was there I had to leave because they took forever. I waited on one occasion and they told me they were only taking cash. On another occasion we waited a long time and twoPeople from door dash jumped right in front of us.They have a location on Alameda that is great with actual humans that service you.Here at this location it seems they need to replace the batteries of the robots working there.
The ice cream is ok, but not great. I had Butter Pecan and didn't find a single pecan in the ice cream. It didn't even taste like Butter Pecan. And, the price is a bit high for what you get. Lunch with my son today was less than the three small ice creams I got here.
Ice cream is great, but there was a miscommunication between me and the staff member. I asked for my ice cream to be prepared on a separate board and with a clean spoon as I have several allergies. She completely disregarded that and when I told her about her mistake, she was not apologetic. I get times are stressful, but my allergies are not a choice. Please be more courteous to your clientele!

I love this place. The staff always friendly and work very hard to provide good service. You can create unlimited flavor combinations. This is one of our favorite places to go for a special family treat. They are short handed on workers so you will need patience, but it is worth the wait every time.
