Went through the drive thru and ordered a pizza. Paid for it and was told to park and they'd bring it out to me in 15 min. 20 min pass and I notice there's really no one around me anymore. I try to call and they won't answer. I go through the drive through again and they see me but ignore me. I see workers sitting on the floor counting money. I had to bang on the window to get their attn. They tried to gesture they're closed. I had to pull out my receipt and show them to get them to open the window. They finally answer and immediately tell me they're closed. I said I don't care. I ordered a pizza and I've been waiting over 20 minutes and I never got it. I don't know if they failed to make it or just gave it to someone else but the manager came and apologized and made me wait another 15 mins to make the pizza. He ended up giving me some other item they had left over but the damage was already done. The bad taste in my mouth already set. Especially when they tried ignored the phone and tried to ignore me in the drive thru.
Waited 15 minutes for my pizza. It was undercooked and doughy. I would have rather waited 17 minutes for a properly cooked pizza.
You can never go wrong with Little Caesars. Its cheap, they have a variety of toppings and its not that expensive. So if you're looking for fast take out for pizze this is the place.

Pizza and wings were hot as should be. Always delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I had the pepperoni slices and sticks with Buffalo and Oven roasted Wings.

Not good for amount of people waiting in line pizza was cold. . They tell you to park in front and they will take order to you. Girls is confused on whos order she is taking out. Also no way of tracking it. Someone could say yes that is there order and take off. Also it wasnt even cut.. Don't recommend this place
Pizza is always good. It's really easy to order on the app. Saves time.
Yes I went in tonight to go purchase a pizza actually I had a coupon they had messed up on my mom's pizza so I came in to purchase it here at Baldwin location when I went inside manager was standing there she didn't even acknowledged me this boy came up first then he took her the coupon when she came up to the counter she asked me if the coupon was from Ayers I told her I didn't know I was just picking it up from my mom and then just walks off and doesn't say anything rude I would never go back to that location again her name was Britney
Rodent droppings baked into the bottom of the pizza. Horrible I hope no one gets sick.
