There adding an extra inflation charge on top of all charges. There menu is not up to date on prices. and can't tell you why. I've ordered medium cup and gotten small, service waiting time is way to long.I will not be going back ever. Please look at your receipts.
Love the variety and quality of menu items. Our sno-cones & smoothies were great today. 4 stars because it's not always consistently good on the quality of ice, toppings & included extras.
Not sure where to begin with this one. For starters we were charged a $3 inflation charge and if you don't believe me (we didn't want to believe it either) I'll attach pictures. The "large"($7.45) fruit cups are just a tad bigger than the small ($5.29) and contained large cut pieces of fruit to take up space. The small (5.29) milkshakes are basically snow cone ice with a little chocolate milk and in no way drinkable. Do not go here! Do not waste your money!
My boyfriend and I went there a few weeks ago to get some fruit cups and Takis with cheese. We saw the line was super long so we got down and went inside to order. When we got inside no one greeted us nor told us they would be with us in a few minutes. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes not one look at us or even bothered to help. I understood they were busy but at least greet your customers.
I came here on June 13th where i purchased 1 large corn cup, 1 small corn cup, 2 hot cheetos and cheese, 1 small watermelon fresca, 1 small mangonada, and 1 small pina colada. I paid 35$ for it and didnt recieve a mangonada. When i went back and asked for it the lady at the counter proceeded to tell me she didnt charge me for it and makes me pay again. I asked for the receipt and she told me she threw it away. I paid again reluctantly. When i left i calculated the total and noticed i did pay for the mangonada originally. All in all, bad experience.
Always very good food, service is ok. just had the tuna sandwich today and just felt like I had to share that it is identical to their chicken salad I literally thought I got the wrong order at first. It’s good, just sweet and not what you would expect tuna salad to taste like. Their corn cups and agua Fresca are amazing
Long line in drive thru, so we got down. With one person in front of us it still took a while. There was three girls working. We got macaroons which I got right away. A bit pricey, but they were good. I also ordered a snowball which took a long time. The snowball was not good. The cup is shorter and wider which did not fit in cup hold. Not good if your driving. I got strawberry flavor and it tasted way watered down is only way I can describeit. Did not like.
Stopped here for the first time and got three amazing fruit cups for my family. Great produce, and was a perfect snack to break up our road trip to the island. We will make this a regular stop.
Fast! Walked in, looked at menu, ordered and under 5 minutes… my Pina Colada shake was done. This was a great stop. The shake itself is amazing!
