I am a regular customer for the establishment on Leopard and Violet. I had gone through drive thru and ordered chicken. I wasn't satisfied with the my order so I went inside.To my delight the management team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There's a reason why I keep coming back. If I could give them a zero I would. I got there 45 minutes before closing and ordered an 8 piece tender meal. The girl comes back after a long pause and tells me she can't fill the order. I asked her to clarify and she said "we can't give you that." My guess is that being it was close to quitting time they wouldn't make anymore chicken. If I were owner those cookers better be cooking til the last minute! Someone please tell me how I can get in touch of the owner!
Listen up people this restaurant man they need to have in-service on how to COOK FRESH CHICKEN look @ these pictures my chicken wing was black to the bone and hard as a rock no moisture at all ..that means that chicken was OLD plus they have young staff that is very RUDE TO the customer when u address an issue. PLEASE TRAINING IS TRULY NECESSARY.
Although the line was very long and the wait was long Dylan made it very worth it and was very courteous and helpful and explanatory when we went through the drive-thru. That is so much appreciated rather than being in the dark thank you.
I wish there was a way to give no stars.This store is a complete joke. I enjoy KFC but this location has to be the worst. Every time we order here our meals are wrong.I finally refused to accept the wrong orders and call I didnt care about the food being replaced. Manager apologizes for the mistake but says theres really nothing we can do. I asked for a corporate or GM phone number even a customer service line. He refused to give me a # and said thats not how they run things. Very ghetto behavior and staff
Chicken was cooked in old grease. You could taste and see it. Fish was too salty. Floor and all dining tables were dirty even though there were only 3 that were occupied. No one up front wearing gloves and cashier had long curved nasty nails. I had to grab napkins and wet with hand sanitizer to clean our own table. And no, they weren't that busy.
Nashville hot chicken strips were not fresh. They were chewy, likely from sitting out for too long.

KFC extra crispy chicken is delicious. Always has been. I was disappointed that they no longer serve corn on the cob, just in the cup. Anyway, the meal was hot and quick in the drive thru. So quick, that I drove off without my bank card. The next day, I realized my card was missing, so I called KFC.To make a long story short, the great manager had both my bank card and my receipt. I was so glad. Thank you so much. Needless to say, I will eat at KFC when my desire for 11 herbs and spices hit me. Great Food! Excellent staff!
This is the 2nd time I go in and get a pot pie, both times it didn't have any chicken in it. All it's got is mashed potatoes and a couple of carrot slices. Tried to call the store, no answer. I'm contacting corporate about this. Bad service, and bad food
