We went to K-Bob's a few days ago. After waiting close to an hour we sat and waited another 10 minutes to be served. It was the most disappointing meal we've had ...ever. My chicken fried steak was no more than 3" in diameter and my potato was the size of a red potato...very small. My vegetable were forgotten and the guy who delivered them said that he did not care because he was not our server. Granted they were busy, but there is no excuse for the smallest chicken fried steak and potato that I have ever been served. We expect better of local businesses so we don't have to go out of town to get a decent meal.
Possibly one of the best salad bars around! We had the chicken fried chicken and a burger. Both were very well prepared and the wait was pretty short.Staff was friendly.The restaurant feels a little dated but it is kept very clean.
Service was subpar. Steak was way undercooked. Mashed potatoes didn’t have any flavor and very dry. Waitress messes up husbands order and took an additional 15 minutes to bring out his food. Then had to wait a long time for waitress to finally give us our check and ring it up.
1st time there. Felt welcome, pleasant place, fresh foods, awesome taste. But our waitress Areyanna was not attentive to us. Took our order. When we did get our order it was warm. We asked if they could heat it up. She rolled her eyes. Brought it back. Almost let it slide off her hands. No apology, never came back to ask for tea refill or offer buns.didnt see her afterwards
First time visit. Waitress was pretty cool. Prices are a bit high. My husband's steak had a lot of fat in it, but he may have just gotten a bad choice cut. The steak was made to his specifications and it was delicious. I had the grilled shrimp and onion rings, both were excellent choices. The fat rolls with cinnamon butter are very good, I was told. Peach cobbler was very good. The pecan pie slices were a little thin. We were 4 and ticket was $145. It included tea and deserts for everyone. All staff was friendly. Comfortable atmosphere. They say the salad bar is amazing. Can't wait to try it next time.
Amazing steaks.My parents stopped here on a whim on their way back to Houston from The Valley, and after they had supper they called us (we were also on our way back) and said we just had to try this place..we arrived 2 hrs after they did and we loved it.All them other chain restaurants that serve steak don’t hold a candle to the steaks here. The steaks here are like butter.We are stopping here everytime if we get the chance.
The salad bar was really good so was my waiters suggestion for my wine but my steak was over cooked and if I am spending 30 for a steak I expect it to be at least close to what I ordered which was a rare steak it came out medium well at least my dog liked it
My last meal and Annaville calallen before I boarded the plane.. our waitress Gabby was awesome the food everything was wonderful really loved them fried pickles
I have been on a year long quest to find the best steak in Corpus Christi, this one the cowboy ribeye was by far the worst steak I’ve had so far not worth the 32 dollars I paid. It was equivalent to a Golden Corral buffet steak over cooked and tough no flavor at all.To top it off the service was terrible our waiter forgot our drinks (2sweet teas) so we sat for 20 minutes with nothing to drink. My wife had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes which was all cold and little to no flavorThey had a lady singing who I would have to believe is related to the manager or something because she sang completely off key and butchered the Dixie chicks badly in short I’ll never come here again like ever horrible experience wish I could have the 77 dollars back to add insult to injury we drove 35 minutes to get here now we have to ride back all that way extremely disappointed
I took my children out to eat last night and it was great. Each of our dishes were made to perfection. And our waiter was very nice and attentive.
