The food was ok but it was extremely hot in there. The cashier (short girl with glasses and semi red hair) was extremely rude. No type of customer service at all. When we were done eating we wanted to get a to go cup so we didn’t have to sit in the hot restaurant to drink it. She wanted to charge $3.25 for a small to go cup. She looked very satisfied that I was not happy about it. She also put it back on the stack for the next customer after I touched it when she handed it to me.
Its always disappointing getting bad service and its even worse when they are blatantly rude to you and your family. Their food is decent but way overpriced. I don’t recommend.
Nice place, low key neighborhood bbq joint. I had the ribs which were good but the star was the sausage sandwich….. who knew? Amazing

Bought a Mac&Brisket bowl they only put give or take 4 small cut strips of Brisket and a whole bowl of Macaroni with cheese. The price $9.99 was not worth buying. If you are paying that much then more brisket should be put in to then Macaroni make it worth the price! Was good but disappointed on serving.
So I really wanted to like this place, have been here a few times and overall it's just okay.The jalapeno sausage is very good some of the best I've had in Corpus Christi yet.Brisket was very moist and bark had good flavor to it, except for the lean that was very dry and chewy.The pork ribs were overcooked and actually mushy coming off the bone. Typically I like fall off the bone but these were just way too overcooked.The homestyle beans are cooked almost perfectly with good flavor. Would love if they could convert their homestyle into a Charo style Bean I bet they can make it taste really good.Potato salad was very heavy on the mustard and pickles was my least favorite item.Last the barbecue sauce just had some kind of a weird flavor I cannot place the taste but does not taste like any kind of barbecue sauce I'm accustomed to.Again the food was not bad but just average overall.

The best damn barbecue in the Corpus Christi area hands down. I got the beef ribs "dino rib" and it was perfect. I also got the three meat plate with fatty brisket, pork ribs and jalapeño sausage. Don't waste your time at the other places, do your mouth a favor and go to Julian's BBQ.
