I’ve eaten at this location many times and it’s always a positive experience. I like the Tuna Sandwich, Mike’s Way. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the time, I use their app to place my order and then I pick it up curbside which is all really convenient. Occasionally their site isn’t working to place my order, which is frustrating. Today happened to be one of those days so I ended up having to go Inside to order.
My boyfriend and I went back last weekend and had great service. The sandwiches were yummy and we will be back again. I will rewrite a review once I have ate here again. Thank you for contacting me.Went to Jersey Mike's a couple of weeks ago at 830 pm and they close at 9 pm. There was someone getting a sandwich before and one came in also after me. First they asked me how many sub and then proceeded to say the had one half sandwich on white and then two loaves of wheat. I was ordering two sandwiches like the medium size they have. I got the turkey sandwich with bacon on and it and the other one was like a cold cut. I can't remember the number sorry. Well first they were annoyed because i walked in, second I needed double meat on the cold cut one. They asked if I wanted may and mustard and I said yes to both. As the boy out mustard on I said mayo too like 3 times don't get any even though they asked and I asked fo it. Plus no bacon on it. Very disappointed.
AWFUL Customer Service. Just gross attitudes.
While taking our order she stop to answer the phone and took an order then went an cleaned the grill then finished our order. Of course the phone order was made first. Thought this was both rude and disrespectful.
This was the first time that I had ever been to Jersey Mike's Subs. Unfortunately I didn't get the employee's name. I told him that I'm allergic to dairy, he told me that he was willing to cut ham on another slicer. I really appreciate it. Thanks

I ordered the wrong sub without paying attention, but Kareem and his staff were had no issues making me the right sub I actually wanted. Highly recommend them! Very friendly and courteous! Food was very delicious and fresh tasting!!
