Our new go-to place for authentic Chinese cuisine JaJa Cafe - everything was delicious!Featured:- Mapo Tofu ( reminded my hubby of his trips to Shanghai),- Crispy Hot and Spicy Chicken with red peppers and cilantro,- Fresh rice noodles with beef (reminded me of NYC Chinatown) with sides of fried rice.Very satisfying meals! Can't wait to try the other menu selections!
Excellent service and even better food I will definitely be coming back to the this friend place
Thank you for such great service and a friendly smile. Enjoyed the delicious of course (my favorite) shrimp battered and fried in a hair like noodle, also delicious dumplings andCombination of beef and chicken and shrimp with rice. We would give a thank you to the Chef. We were coming from lower Rio Grande Valley (Mercedes, Tx)
Absolutely amazing Szechuan food!!I visited here after seeing pictures of the crispy hot spicy chicken (N1) and had to get it myself.Did not disappoint. It is a must-try for anyone reading this.I was getting sick and tired of eating greasy fried seafood in the area (which were good then) -- so I was craving something spicy. The owner and workers were incredibly hospitable as well.We ordered- Crispy Hot Spicy Chicken: Flavor bomb- Hot Spicy Beef: Mouth-numbing noodle soup with generous portions of meat included- Yang Zhou Chao Fan: Tender meat with a deep wok taste- Green bean beef: Good to balance all the spicy dishes aboveTips- Ask for the authentic Chinese menu. It's a separate menu that has several extra items not in the original menu (such as the Chao Fan)- Come hungry cause these are TEXAN portions
Great, no frills spot. Sit down and when ready order at the counter. I had the twin pepper chicken. It’s spicy but it hits the spot.
I loved JAJA it has been my go to until I think today and I’m disappointed. On my way in to the restaurant a worker walked in front of me and the the door closed in my face. I thought it was rude. My I just have good manners. I pick up my food and leave. My food is cold. Maybe it’s just a bad one day experience because this has never been an issue until today.
Great experience! Food is delicious! After losing my favorite restaurant HuaTai on Alameda, this is the closest to their food in town!! I’m picky and tried many but this place by far is super good! Highly recommend but take a sweater place is usually cold!!!
The food is great, tasty large portions are served quickly! Very hard working owner and staff who provide a warm welcome, clean and calm dining experience. Greatest Chinese food in Corpus! Must try!
Was my first time here and it do not disappoint. Didn’t like the thought of spending $42 for two people, but after tasting their food, it was well worth EVERY penny. Their Curry Style Combination Fried Rice is probably the most flavorful rice I have ever had. On top of that, the cooking method for their Crab Rangoons is great too! Providing you with a nice crunch in every bite. Their fried rice is great! Really light for what it is tended to be. I highly recommend this place and I will be back here again
Huge portion, 17$ total with sweet tea.Atmosphere is good, person at register professional.Almost zero parking.
