Joke in the Box! Three strikes and you are out! Not sure why they even bother to open the doors of this place in the morning. This was my third, and last, visit to this JitBox location.I’m quite the fan of those little mouth-blistering, lava filled mini tacos. I enjoy them most, loaded with the imitation nacho cheese, lettuce and that delightfully vinegary taco sauce which isn’t really good but is the perfect complement.Today I was going to venture outside the little white box and try one of the touted burger selections only to be informed the grill was down and no burgers could be served. Mini tacos and a delicious old fashioned shake it would be! Except the shake machine was down. Will third time be a charm? Let’s trade out the shake for just a large water. Nope!! Can’t do large. Out of large cups, buuut they were happy to substitute a medium cup of water for the large and still charge me $2.69 for it.Oddly, the last time I hankered for a burger, the grill was also down. Both visits were drive thru orders shortly after 9pm about 3 weeks apart. Had they not served a burger in 3 weeks?? I settled for a tasteless fried chicken sandwich and fries that were cold, lifeless and seemed like they were cooked the week prior. I drove back to the window and asked for hot fries and was told….you guessed it…the fry fryer was down. I had waited 15 minutes for the chicken sandwich that was hotter than French fried Hell, but fresh fries were just too much of a stretch.My first visit was just typical fast food disappointment, incorrect items in bag and soda water instead of Sprite. Nothing to rant on about but still an annoyance.This being said, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King are all within spitting distance of this location. You may be money ahead by hitting up one those places for your after work feeding.

We got 2 breakfast meals and 2 orders of the tacos. There was no one in the drive thru or eating inside, but the drive thru host had me drive around front to wait for my food. I already thought that was weird.Got our food. We drove off the eat our brunch at the beach, open the bag and search around. There's no tacos. We go back to Jack in the Box, they print out the receipt (that I never got); the tacos weren't even put on the ticket.Huge waste of time. If we weren't made to pull out of the drive thru with no one behind us, this whole thing could've been avoided.

This was some of the worst food I have ever had in my 27 years as a European executive chef retired now the service was great the people that work there seem to really like their job courteous but the food was just horrible

Went through the drive thru twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the person was very nice but the orders were wrong and missing items. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. I wont be back but Jack in the Box doesn't care so this is really a wasted review. Also the Jumbo Jack used to be a pretty good ff buger. Mine looked like someone drove over it then wrapped it up.

I watched them litterally pick food up off the floor and serve it to someone...half the time there isn't even anyone in the back cooking and they turn you away. EDIT* had someone call me that said they was district and basically berated me and said I must be related to someone who works there and because of that he's going to ignore any and all complaints. I'm Irish German decent. Their staff is 100 percent Hispanic and African American....I told him to read the review for his self. No changes have been or are going to be made. I was assured this. Whoever the " owner" is that replies to these comments I suggest you get on this because I'm informing the better business bureau and the health department. You should be ashamed of yourself, your management and your complete negligence to this establishment from what I can gather in the comments has been for at least a year. If I can get this place shut down, I will. To anyone who wants to eat here I highly suggest mc Donald's or Whataburger right across the street.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. I've only gone back because it's the only one near by and it's my favorite fast food chain. But they do not stay open as late as they claim. I have had to get refunded twice because I placed the order on their app during their hours and got there to be told they were closed. Different excuses both times.I have talked to their regional manager (I think) both times. The first time, they refunded me. The second time I had to go in to get a cash refund a week later because it never went back to my bank.Sometimes I have been able to go and not experience any issues, but I've had problems more times than not. One time, I was told their frier was down and they only had burgers and drinks. I ordered a burger and had to wait over 15 minutes for it. And the last time I went, I was missing 2 items in place for their nasty tacos.I hate that I can't even get food from my favorite fast food chain, but I'm not going back there until something seriously changes.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location and you can’t blame Covid or supply shortage or anything truly recent. I do not wish for this place to close but I don’t understand how things have gone so downhill over the years. Whether it’s staff personnel and training or not having the product available for the customer to have. If corporate actually reads these reviews then there needs to be actual immediate responses to these issues and hold your personnel accountable.

2pm order through drive through, had to repeat order several times over 8 minutes. Have now been waiting 25 minutes total and still waiting on food. No one inside eating in lobby, 12 cars in driveway, this isn't a one time thing, seems to be the norm for this location. Don't be surprised when this place shuts its doors.

If you're looking for good food? This is definitely not the place. It's just plain terrible and that's all I'm going to say.
