I just left this place got 2 sourdough jacks plan and dry extra bacon and extra chesse . first of all I sat in line 25 min the night crew was litteral takeing 1 order at a time . a car would pull up to the speaker and sit there for 5 or 10 min while they filled the cars order in front before the even took my order. The I finally get to order pull up to window wait another 10 for my order . then when I checked my forder they put everything on it and no extra bacon or chesse. I dont know how they could mess up 1 order at a time but they did it . I will never go back to this location again! EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!
Went To Have Lunch At Jack In The Box Because We Love Their Burgers And Their Tacos, But Unfortunately Their Delivery Of Tacos Wasn't Gonna Arrive For A Few Days. That's Why We Drive From Rockport Texas Because We Have No Jack In The Box, Other That Not Having Tacos The Food Was Delicious.

Despite being understaffed the food always comes out fresh and the wait isn’t bad. The staff all have positive attitudes despite being overwhelmed when it was busy. Definitely a nice change compared to other fast food chains.
The cleanliness of this place is horrible. Huge spiderweb on the bottom of one of the bar chairs in the left corner. Clearly it's been awhile since anyone cleaned the corners of the resteraunt
Every time I go they get my order wrong. This time I just got someone else's order entirely ...despite being the only person in the drive-thru. Amazing.
Thought the place was closed down. The food was great though,and the got my order right.

We went through the drive through looking to get some food. Then this LOVELY lady name Kallie Duke (She is an employee) got our order. She was so nice and definitely needs a huge promotion. Loved it!!!
Just FYI, if ordering through favor or over the phone...don't order chicken strips combo. They do not have it anymore, even though it's in their menu...and their outside menu.Just incase
