The jack in the box on Kostoryz is terrible. The bathroom was filthy, and as I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without seeing a single employee I had plenty of time to see how dirty the floors in the kitchen we as well...food and napkins strewn all over. When the young man finally came out of the back, he neither made eye contact with us nor said a word but instead went and stared out the window of the front door for a few minutes before he came over to the counter to take my order he didn't apologize for the delay,or in behave in anyway friendly. I decided that I didn't want someone who cared so little about hygiene,his job or the customers handling anything I put in my mouth, so I walked out. Never again. Just for clarity it was about 3:15 on Sunday May 15th when I was in there. I have left very good reviews for Jack in the box in the past, but in this particular one it was very obvious the employees did not want to work there, and I was a definite inconvenience.
fast service, girl was friendly and quick. we no longer have Jack in our hometown, so we always try to go and either the line doesn't even move, or the employees are too busy fighting with each other. So give stars for this location
So at first I went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order couldn't seem to get it right. I repeatedly three times and she quoted something totally different back to me, so I drive around and go inside, maybe she just couldn't hear me. So I make my order and the employees appear angry that I have a long order. I spent $65.00 which is alot to me and when I got home there were only two things in the entire order that was right. So my $65 went to waste. I would not recommend this jack in the box to anyone.
Went though the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes, food was cold fries were soggy and had old brown grease dripping from them, grease soaked through the bag. Disgusting.
Inflation has raised its ugly head with the small double bacon melt combo coming in at $7.49. If I remember right, the Jumbo Jack was $6.50. At least I was able to eat inside. Service was quick. I was given only one pack of ranch though.I'll add a star for the helpful suggestion for coupons.
The 3 week experience employee was deaf, tried to upsell my order and was trying to bring their business down. It must be horrible to be in her shoes, working for substandard pay. Corpus Christi is the worst city for substandard pay, even before the pandemic and even when the economy was great.
I love tacos. But today I was especially surprised at how great tasting my tacos were from Taco Bell. Kudos to the cooks from Kosyoryz

Customer ServiceMaster sucks. Egg rolls are great. Burgers are okay. Everything is less expensive in the app instead of in store. Not by much but any little bit helps when you're on a budget
Not the cleanest JiB I've been to. [EDIT: Tables were not clean despite a low customer count, and the restroom was not easy on the eyes and nose]. Very friendly service and meals were cooked right.UPDATE: I've sent my complaint to JiB internally. It would be unfair that potential customers are turned away because of a not-so-glowing review.
