We have been on Vacation This Week And Have Came Here Everyday, Some Days We Had Great Service but Others Not So Much But There has been one employee that has always been great and her name is Jamilyn, sorry if I misspelled her name , and it's because of her , we will be back, when we come back in about two weeks
I ordered curbside from the website. My order was set to be available at 10:45a. When I called the number for pickup, no one answered. Called a second time & the associate assured me that someone was on the way out with my order. I waited another 15 minutes & no one ever came out to my space. I tried to call again & no one answered so I left. I have emailed customer service for a refund.
Me and my Mom had a late breakfast. Our server Brandi was awesome. Very attentive to her tables. Great customer service. None the less other workers talking very loud about people who receive government assistance are lucky. Didn't appreciate the comments. Keep your opinion to yourself because you don't know who's listening. Manager was busy cleaning but should remember how to speak to the employees in front of customers. Take them to the back and speak to them then. I'm sure the morale would be better. Great job Brandi.
Worse experience ever at an IHOP! Hate to say it, but our waitress definitely showed an act of racial profiling! So sad, hope she can get her act together, find peace, and Jesus! From the moment we walked in I knew she was going to be a problem, and it just got worse from there. I had to call the manager over to our table to have our waitress stay away from us.. once the waitress found out I didn’t want her at our table she had that audacity to say “good”.
Blueberry pancakes yummy. I enjoy the crepes too. If you don't want breakfast, the sampler platter...burgers, chicken fried steak... all is good .

Waiting time is horrendous and cold food is a must with this location. We wait over an hour for our food just to get tiny food portions of what might as well be ice cubes. My food always tastes hours old as if its been sitting in open air for a long time. I've gone here for years and it's the same story.New slogan should be Come happy, leave hungry.
The waitress was very friendly and very gret with the service. She did really good with coffee refills. We really liked the plexiglass it made us fell safe. The food was delicious.
Brad (server) WORST customer service skills.Never coming to this place again. This person, after NOT bringing the complete order, had the audacity to talk back to my brother!!!!!Supervisor Jacob never showed up to the table!!?
Except for Krystal lying to me about they don't butter wheat toast in was da bomb. Victor's service to our table was fast, courteous and professional. The manager was kind and understanding about the toast thing.
