This is our favorite oriental place. The staff was friendly and efficient. We have never ordered a bad meal from Hunan Express, and the order is usually enough for two meals.Usually we order delivery, but this time we decided to go inside, order, and take it home. To be honest, if we had never enjoyed their tasty food prior to walking in, we would walked out. The inside of the restaurant is unappealing to say the least. Half the restaurant was closed off and piled with boxes and boxes of supplies. The other half was very sad with no ambiance.
If you want BUGS in your food this is the place for you!!!, I made a delivery order they said it would be 1hr wait time and it took well over 2hrs. Open my food and there’s a baby roach in my rice!! I give a call back to tell them I want my money back because there was a bug, they said they were gona return me my money and pick up the food. THEY NEVER CAME!!!
Place is disgusting yet requires masks to order inside. It would be fine except that they aren’t wearing them correctly themselves and the employee I talked to was rude. I went to pick up an order, she placed it on the other side of the counter for me to get it instead of just handing it to me. Not only this but the drive thru was super long, made leaving inaccessible and slow. There are better options
Always a great experience with the food and service. I even recommend delivery. No long wait time and the food is always hot on delivery.
They're always busy for a reason, some of the best Chinese food in town for a great price and always worth the wait!
Love this place and I can never get enough of this place. Wish they would open up a full services or bigger place. But they are doing a wounderful job. And I will keep coming back.
I ordered orange chicken & I received sweet & sour chicken. than there was hair in my food. the cashier was rude. normally it's decent not today. never again.
Ordered delivery. Was told the wait time was an hour and fifteen minutes. Called back an hour and forty five minutes later since my food hadn't arrived. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. Called back after 40 minutes to cancel my order. Got put on hold and then told the driver was on their way and to wait longer. I have now been waiting on my food for 2 hours and 40 minutes. If she would have actually told me appropriate times from the beginning I wouldn't have gotten delivery.
I called and ordered spicy hunan beef and they just brought me regular hunan beef I talked to some lady named Margie that was looking for every excuse in the book to say it was spicy I told her lol I don’t want a remake or a refund I just want the spicy oil that goes in it she She proceeds to tell me that the next time I want spicy Hunan is to order extra spicy oil and I told him no that’s why it’s called extra spicy hunan now if you can’t bring me my spicy oil come pick your food up and give me a refund she then told me she would send the driver with the spicy oil well it’s been hours and now my food is cold the point of all this is it’s sad that someone would think that anyone would want to pay for something they didn’t order this place of business are thief’s they don’t admit to there wrong doings and then they don’t even try to fix there mistakes much less come get there food back and give a refund I’m very disappointed ☹️ so unless you want to eat and pay for something you didn’t even want don’t bother p.s the delivery is definitely worth tipping someone should promote her to upper management because she at least knows how to talk and treat her paying customer❤️
