Good customer service. Convenient location, aside from the challenge a busy intersection at certain times of the day. The food is appetizing, tasty. The portion is plenty. Many could eat two meals from all the food in that one takeout container. Their prices only went up around 10% during the past three years, without diminished portion, and continuing the same quality of food. Try going to other food establishments and find out how much their prices went up while giving you less than before. I would definitely recommend Hunan Express on the corner of Airline and Williams. It's not totally authentic Asian cuisine; however, the food is good. Prices are economical.
Food is good, customer service and speed of service is horrible. The past 3 times I’ve been, I have waited over 30 minutes to get the food. Quick to take your money yet forever to give you your food. The last 2 times I’ve gotten my order home and they don’t put the sweet and sour sauce for your sweet and sour chicken. You’d think that should be an automatic thing but apparently not. I call them to have it brought to me since they deliver and they just say “you want to come pick it up?” They refuse to fix their mistake unless your willing to drive back up there for something that should haven’t have been left out.
It's always busy because it's really good food. Large pork fried rice..can be eaten hot when you get it.. or as I like it...cold. either way it is the cat's pajamas!
Great food, reasonable prices, they put out a lot of food quickly. To bad they don't do dinner in.
Aside from the typical 20 minute wait this place does exceptionally well with the quality of food, service and accuracy. Portions are worth your money and the flavor is great! I look forward to coming back sometime soon.
I ordered online delivery from Hunan Express on Williams Drive in CC, TX. The food was great and arrived in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly as well.
We come here often. Food is always delish. I get broccoli beef every time. Egg rolls are the best. My son asked for spicy sesame chicken which is not even on the menu hut they made it for him anyway. They are always polite and not much of a wait time. The prices are great for the portions you get. I highly recommend Hunan Express!
Food quality has definitely gone down while the prices continue to go upTried ordering online went through place the whole entire order and then "page not found" so that was a waste of timeThen tried calling to place order 13 minutes on hold to be disconnected. Get to the restaurants drive thru and the guy on the speaker is incredibly rude
Started going to Hunan Express quite regularly for almost a year now. Early on, it was very good with ample servings and hot. Lately, however, it’s been terrible. The Gen Tao chicken now comes out as soggy bites like a wet sponge and the Hung Pao with lots of stringy chicken skins. We also always ask for light sauce but it always comes swimming in liquid. We have complained but it still comes out the same - not to good. We are now looking for a new Chinese restaurant.
