You get what you pay for. A less expensive hotel invites problems from low class people, meaning people who have no courtesy, won’t stop making a racket way past quiet hours ( 11:30pm and they are still allowing their kids to stomp across the floor ) An “expensive” hotel may be the way we’ll have to go to weed out these “undesirables.”
It was ok at this location of Holiday Inn Express.\\nWe were group of 5, and needed to use sofa bed, but the room didn't have sheet set and blanket/comforter for it.\\nThere was no shower curtain for the bathtub, and it didn't drain well at all,\\nand it could've been cleaned a little better.\\nWe also wished that their swimming pool was open.\\nOther than these issues, our stay went ok.\\nThe breakfast was ok, stuff ran out quickly.\\nQuite convenient location, easy to find, and with stores like HEB, Target, and many dining options near by.
The door to the room was off kilter requiring manual labor to close it. The king bed was so high up we could barely climb in. Fully renovated but you could see an exposed pipe in the wall under the bathroom sink. Never stay here again. Do not recommend.
Very friendly and great staff 24-7?. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Excellent Clean Rooms! Great Comfortable Beds and Pillows! Parking Lot has very bright lights at night time for safety. Inside Snacks and Drinks available. Two Thumbs Up!
We were charged. $50 smoking fee on 2/13/22 . For one we didn’t smoke for two neither of us smoke cigarettes for three yet we did throw an empty cigar rapper into our trash can after coming in from our night out on the town at Prime Time . Hotel should post no tabacco products allowed in hotel instead of just NO SMOKING in rooms ! We followed the rules of not smoking so I want my money back. I could’ve easily littered but that’s not my style. Lady named Joy (?) answered the phone at the hotel today when I noticed the charge. She was very nice and said they can’t charge us without proof of smoking in the room. I’ll be traveling back to corpus and wasting my time just to prove a point.I want to see the proof of us smoking. You can’t did to the bottom of a trashcan and charge someone $50 for a cigar wrapper that was disposed of properly in the trash. You have to smell smoke and see smoke to have proof and that’s something I know they don’t have proof of so I’m gonna make a point to get my money back that they wrongfully took and on Valentine’s Day at that. ??♀️ Now if this wouldn’t have happened I’d given them a 5 because the hotel was clean and smelt really good and the customer service was awesome until AFTER we left.
Great Hotel, the check in was great, the service was good. Rooms where clean and sanitized. Hotel is close drive to the beach and good restaurants. Over all a great experience.
The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly! The hotel was picture perfect in cleanliness. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and our King bed room was so incredibly nice. I definitely recommend staying here when visiting Corpus. And it's also just a quick drive from Downtown Corpus!
Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. No pancake machine running but everything else was refilled often
It was a good hotel at an excellent value and it was clean. I can't nitpick anything else about it and it worked out fine.
