Clean restaurant. This was my first poke experience. The staff was very helpful in explaining their bowl building process. The fresh item selections were great on a hot summer day, very filling.
Ordered through dash, first time trying poke. Ordered California and ordered spicy one too, both were very good!! The only thing I would change is sushi rice should be served in a different container because it's hot and heats up the fresh seafood and fresh veggies.
First time here and Chelsea was so awesome! She let me ask all the atupid questions and didn't make me feel dumb or like I was wasting her time. Haven't even tried the food yet - will update after - but had to let everyone know how awesome she was!Ps - she made sure we didn't forget our Musubi! ?
Great food. A little pricey but they are very filling. Only issue is the amount of steak is very sparse.
I don’t usually do negative reviews but this was our first and last time at this establishment. The staff seemed like they could care less about anything at all. The bowls were sparse in comparison with other poke places we’ve been to as well. Rice is chewy and when we went to make miso soup the girl was extremely rude and curtly said “it’s not self serve”. That wasn’t made obvious as utensils and the serving ladle was pointed outward to the customer like most poke restaurants do. When I asked if we could get 3 she said there wasn’t much so I asked if we could get fresh then. She said no but if she had to maybe. When we mentioned it to the manager she said the owner instructed them not to make anymore since they close at 9pm. Mind you we were there at 7pm. I really wanted to give this place a try but after stopping by it’s no wonder they are never busy when we pass by. Save your money and go to another location or establishment entirely. Very disappointed.
We came to satisfy our poke & boba cravings, and I'd say it hit the spot. My dad got a poke bowl and said he loved it. The rest of us got boba drinks. Our favorites are the taro & coconut, and of course matcha! Can't go wrong with any of those choices! To me the flavors were just right, not too sweet, but sweet enough to hit the spot ???We ended up going two days in a row, and who knows maybe even a third lol ?
Once again I hate writing reviews like this. But seeing as I am in the area checking out new locations across from work I thought I would give this place a try with my co-worker.Seeing as it is was the first time eating here I had yet another slightly unsatisfying experience. My co-worker has been here before and was raving about it. So we tried it out. But the woman behind the counter was very quick and rude to my friend. She acted as if my coworker knew how to order by speaking to her like she knew the steps to make the bowl. Very sterile very quick and very inconsiderate. Having worked with food in management before the approach she used was as if we knew the EXACT way to build her product and began to become frustrated with my friend when she needed time. There wasn't a line at that time and she didn't need to rush her. I could very loudly here the co-workers in the back joking and gossiping. When it was my turn I let the woman know it was my first time. So her approach became slightly different. And she became respectful when I used manners in return. We had an okay meal. And became full. I like the product design of the cup. An interesting take on a poke bowl and meal. If you like healthy you can come try it out. Just let the person behind the counter know or ask questions. If you don't like raw fish or meat this is not the place for you. You can build and customize your sushi or your poke bowl. Kinda pricey for my tastes tbh. Tables were kinda messy. This place was packed and is designed for quick in and out. Enjoy.
Just got 2 big rice bowl from hana poke, food was good i gave 1 star with employee’ attitude with customers. When i got there 2 white girls work there. Young girl really nice and sweet with me last time this is reason for me come back this place instead of the one saratoga close to my house. The older white employee look at me with unhappy face, whole time i order she doesn’t know any work talk to me accept” what else’ she repeat them many time and doesn’t care what i want. Really disappointed with the way she served to me
