This is our second time eating at this location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we arrived fairly close to closing. The salad wasn’t tossed properly in the dressing so after dishing it into our plates we had to put it all back in the bowl and do it ourselves. The pizza was dramatically better than when we came 3 years ago, but it is still not up to the usual Grimaldi’s taste and texture that we’ve had at the many other locations we’ve tried. The crust just isn’t right and the sauce to crust ratio isn’t either. As someone in our family said, “Grimaldi’s can never be bad, but this is the worst one”. We would return but we wouldn’t necessarily make it a priority over other restaurants in the area when visiting.
Pretty good pizza, but pricey. $12 Sangria but was large and delicious! Nice waitress. Liked the bar layout.
From the appetizers to the pizza everything is always freshly prepared and delicious.
Marci talks to people like they are scum. She couldn't take a name while pouring a drink..she was not talking to anyone just making a drink. She instantly shuts me down and tells me to go stand in the corner of the bar. I try to speak again, and she cuts me off the two more times as I try to finish my one sentence and tells me to stand in the corner of the bar. In retaliation for trying to talk to her, Marci decides to make me pay. She finishes her drink, she cleans her bar, takes another customer's order, and talks with her fellow employees. 9 MINUTES LATER pulls my already prepared order out of her heater box. She not only holds me up, but makes the customers experience terrible as I see people are getting delivered cold food in the reviews section. THIS IS A THEME WITH MARCI EVERYTIME I COME THERE. Marci is rude, condescending, and I think she thinks she is GOD and controls all. If I bow to you, will you do your job properly?
Josh was a great server! Very nice atmosphere. Welcoming of our kids and understanding of our accidental drink spill! And pizza was delicious! Definitely New York style with nice thin crust. Highly recommend for the overall experience!
I don't usually shout out chain restaurants, but this is absolutely my favorite pizza place in town! Wood fired pizza, excellent service, great wine selection... I cannot say enough. Fresh ingredients, fresh salads. The Quattro formaggi Pizza is my absolute favorite. A cheese pizza with blue cheese on it? I never would have thought about it... But it's my favorite pizza in the entire world. And they go out of their way to take care of your children. Pizza dough to play with while they wait? Perfect.
Tried the calzone but it wasn't worth the price. Added 8 ingredients at about $4 each and what I got was a puny expensive meal. The basil mojito didn't have flavor. Had to ask for more basil and it wasn't a tall glass like normally a mojito is served. On top of that it took too long for the meal to arrive (35 minutes).
It was ok. Seems to have changed. I'm talking about the quality of their pizza. The spinach salad was great. The toppings on the pizza were good but the crust was different. My teeth were hurting after eating a couple slices.
This place is outstanding if you love pizza. Service is great and owner is there most of the time asking how things are and th ed food. Once the owner came to our table and looked at the pizza and noticed a puddle of liquid in the middle caused by the cheese n other ingredients. She immediately said that is not correct, the pizza will be soggy in the middle and had another pizza (same size as original, 16") made for us free. Desserts are delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place for pizza and will go back again and again. Oh! They a lm so have good salads.
Wow this place was a great surprise. Sat at the bar and loved it. The Texas tap was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly. Now the pizza was made to perfection. Had a meat pizza, which I know is hard to mess up, but the ingredients were so fresh. Loved it. Would make this a regular stop. I did see that it has a possibility to be in the expensive side due to each add to a pizza comes with a $$.
