This is the place to stay if your in the area. Food, accommodations and staff were great. The lounge is on the top floor and overlooks Corpus Christi Bay. A really great place to hang out and relax. The l;location was in the heart of downtown Corpus close to everything essential. You can't go wrong with the best Best Western in Texas. .
Very good hotel. Beautiful view of the bay and good verity of breakfast. Will definitely be back. It was conveniently located to all the attractions and restaurants.will definitely recommend to others.
The service was great. The 2 nights I stayed were enjoyable. Don’t have any complaints. And the room was decent. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options to choose from. And the coffee tasted pretty good.
We’ve stayed at this hotel the last three times we’ve come to corpus and had nothing but great service With an extremely helpful And friendly staff and a clean room every time. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.
We arrived early on a Sunday in July from Oklahoma. They made every effort to check us in early. We waited by the pool, noting its very green color and cheerful maintenance worker. Each day, they told us the pool would be ready in 24 hours. Upon checkout, Bridget refused to give us an adjustment, telling me they knew on Sunday the pool wouldn't be ready all week and had offered to relocate us! No, they didn't. She also didn't give me a receipt, just hammered my credit card. I had to ask another guest service person to print a receipt for me. She told me it was fine if I wrote a bad review. The hotel is very old but completely functional. It was quite a walking distance to the beach (the views were great). This is not the place to stay if you are not a walker. My friend had knee problems and couldn't walk far. We ubered everywhere, which added greatly to the expense. Honestly, the free breakfast was the best thing about staying here. Bridget aside, the regular staff were polite and congenial.
Excellent location - great view and convenient, wonderful staff, comfortable stay, rooms had floor to ceiling windows and view of marina/gulf, delicious hot breakfast on the top floor with lots of windows, natural light and space. Rooms are cold even with 100 degree weather, updated shower, good water pressure and drain. Downside: small elevators, noise getting through walls between rooms and a little dated
It was a wonderful experience! Everyone was nice and helpful. The staff and bartenders were very friendly The breakfast buffet was great.The view in the our room and lounge were amazing. I definitely recommend it. It was close and convenient to restaurants.
Great Hotel at Great Location. You just have to cross the street and you are on Marina. If u are morning walker this is one of the best location. Just 8 mins drive to North Beach and USS Lexington and 25 mins to Whitecap beach. The best part is all the rooms have Marina view. Spacious and clean rooms. Higher the floor better the view. The hotel has ample covered parking place which is great in the hot temperatures. Highlight of the hotel is “full breakfast”, literally full :) accompanied with great views of Marina from 11th floor. Overall great stay, will visit again.
All ways greated with a smile. The bar on the top floor is a great way to close out the evening with a great view of the marina! It is also a short walk to local restaurants downtown. So far I have always enjoyed my stays.
