The food was delicious (definitely recommend the queso), the workers had amazing customer service, and even though they seemed swamped they got us in and out very quickly with a smile. They also left this on our burritos which was super cute and made us smile :) 10/10 would recommend ?

Great place to have lunch with friends. Portion sizes are better than other similar places. Doesn't hurt that the food tastes amazing as well.
Ordered off the website for delivery and the door dasher that was assigned never picked up the order. Contacted the store and they were very apologetic. They advised they would remake the order for freshness and make sure it was delivered to us. Order got to us correct and 100% accurate. Thank you for the service.

Came here years ago and the food was way better, could be hotter temperature wise definitely and was salty and lacked flavor. Pricey for 2 burritos, queso & chips & two drinks. Service was good though

It is an amazing idea. You build your burrito the way you build a sub. However the flavor was lacking and the rice was dry. The sauces don't help much. Maybe the time of the day is a factor, when most items are fresh when you go at the lunch rush, but I doubt it would raise my rating more than one star.
Im not big on burritos, but i could probably eat one of these burritos every day and be Happy! I rate it a 12 out of 10!
The staff was nice and pleasant. My wife and I are doing a plant based diet, so we tried the impossible meat that they had, and weren't too impressed. It was almost like it was still dehydrated. Oh well the kids said the food was okay, not worth the 82 dollars that we paid, but nonetheless they ate. Hope you're not picky about drinks cause there was no fountain drinks, warm diet coke and sprite were about the only options. Overall the entire reason we went to Freebirds was to have the plant based option. I'd give this place a 4 out of 10.
