Disappointed! As a long lost Chicagoan, I was looking forward to a Chicago Dog with real Vienna Beef red hots. When I heard Freddy's had them I couldn't wait to try my first dog in ages. It was our initial visit to Freddy's and we ordered online for pickup.But, [Gasp!], it is not possible to order a Chicago Dog using their online ordering system! I tried to piece one together by additions to the regular hot dog, but, alas, sport peppers and celery salt are not available. These are required elements.Ultimately. I assumed this location did not offer Chicago Dogs and settled on a double cheeseburger. My son, who was also disappointed ordered a chili cheese dog. We added fries, rings, and 2 chocolate maltsImagine our surprise when we drove up to Freddy's to pick up our order and saw CHICAGO DOGS in big red letters on the side of the restaurant. As it turns out, they DO have them, but for some reason, they aren't available for pickup through their online system.The food we had was great. We l Ioved the crispy, thin fries. The malts were a treat. The patties of the cheeseburger had a delicious caramelization. My son's chili dog had generous portions of chili and cheese with that luscious Vienna Beef wiener. Both had tasty, fresh buns. I'd give it five stars, but it wasn't what we wanted. We wanted Chicago Dogs.Come on guys, fix your system!
Super yummy frozen custard. Perfect after going to the beach. But in the drive-through and everything turned out great.
The burgers are great! If you want tomatoes, you have to request them. The price on the desserts are somewhat high. Marble Slab is better for that if the price is what it is.
We love Freddy's and usually don't have problems but this store has disappointed twice. Chocolate was out again and food was cold, very cold. Fries were hard and chilli dog was nasty. Going anywhere else but here next time.
First time @freddys, food was good & quickly made and fresh. Only thing I disliked most of the tables were dirty I literally had to be looking which one was clean, other than that it was good.
Really enjoy going here to get a chocolate malt. I was a little upset to see that they don't have fried pickles on the menu anymore. A little on the pricey side but still good.
I will NEVER understand why it’s any body’s business what people order to eat. I pulled up to Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers order a kids burger on a lettuce wrap (because I can’t eat a regular size one) pull up to the window the guy (he was nice btw) repeated my order gave me my total & a female employee standing beside him goes on to say “there should be an age limit on the kids meals” ummm excuse me?! Was the cost of my meal coming from her check?! & who’s to say I didn’t have a child in the back seat?! That was extremely unprofessional & a comment that was out of line to make more so while a customer can hear you! My order wasn’t affecting you in any way shape or form. Mind your business!
I like their burgers and fries but I've noticed that every time I go and show them my phone for the rewards, they always tell me it's not working that I have to enter the info manually. I understand them having this issue once in a while but this happens all the time. I think they're just being lazy. They need to fix this issue as it is so frustrating.
I was so hungry and I forgot to take a before picture so here's an after picture LOL almost gone..I had the three chicken tender they were so big and juicy with skinny fries and a Hawaiian Sunday, I also added in hot caramel and cheesecake in it was so delicious for .99 cent each for the extra add in.
Hot dogs and hamburgers and fries too and the ice creams is to die for !!!! R custard!!!!
