We recently used the services of Mary’s Edible designs for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration on the beach in Port Aransas. When we arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the cake, the cake featured everything we asked for, but exceeded our expectations in terms of the artistry. All 39 people present at the party raved about the delicious cake. I highly recommend Mary and will use her again.
This company is superb. Mary does an amazing job with every cake she creates. I can’t wait to taste this exquisite one that is Rumchata flavored with pineapple filling. I highly recommend if you a need a top notch cake. A+++++

I couldn’t have been more happy with the cake I ordered for my mothers 50th birthday. In times such as the pandemic we are in it’s the smallest attention to detail that make the hugest difference. This cake was ordered to show my mom just how much we love her and it not only did just that but it was made with love as well! Thank you Mary for all of your hard work and making this day that much more special for us all!
I added a photo of exactly what we wanted, versus what we received. I was extremely disappointed in the execution of this cake. You can clearly see the imperfections in the black icing and gold drip. Reached out to the owner with no response. Just not what we expected for what was paid. Very disappointed in the results and quality.
I contacted Mary to bake and design my wedding cake on November 20, 2021. I had the most wonderful experience! Mary was always very quick to respond to email, always friendly, gave constructive feedback, and worked with me to produce my dream wedding cake. Mary was able to create my cake with a few sample images I provided and some artificial flowers from Hobby Lobby. Not only did the cake itself look beautiful, it was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and flavorful. We had a layers of the standard flavor and layers of a specialty flavor and both tasted so good. I will definitely be using Mary again for future events!
