I want to upgrade my review of Eddie's....I don't know what they did, but they up-ed their game and are doing great! Food quality...delicious, service...fast, employees attitude/ helpfulness...impeccable, cleanliness of restaurant... A+. Eddie's is back!!! I've been going to them since 1982 when I attended South Park Jr. High....for a whole I thought I'd never go back, because it had gone down in so many areas. But believe me...they have turned it around. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to any one interested in delicious Mexican food.
In and out really fast. They open very early for those of us that have to be at work by 5 or 6am. Some of the best tacos in town.
They are getting real sloppy with their orders for some reason,tacos are just thrown into the foil like they don't care anymore and egg shells in them. I rarely go there anymore because of the sloppyness. They used to be real good.
Eddies was highly recommended by Corpus Christi #1 comedian Javi Luna. Food was awesome and definitely a must go eat if you ever in town. One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Corpus. The food is down home cooking at it's best and the service is the absolute best. Everyone is so nice n friendly. A must when in town.
Usually service is excellent, one older lady has a really bad attitude felt she had to rudely correct me when she made the mistake. And take out plates are very small portions won't ever return.

I love their friendly staff , and I'm already kinda known there so its a blessing when my coffee comes to me as I arrive❤ You can enjoy your breakfast to thier softly played oldies music I love my waiter and waitresses

First time there, tacos are big, tortillas are homemade and I didn't even wait long. Very good tacos, definitely will stop by again soon.
