Friendly service. Variety of donuts and drinks. Donuts were fresh. Didn't have a couple items we asked for.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. Just know if you come to this location high chances are you will basically have to assemble or make your order correct yourself when you get home. This place can never get anything right. You need to literally check your order there at the window before you leave because they still don't want to open their doors after who knows how long.

Placed a mobile order and showed up to a long line that wasnt moving. I pulled out of the line to park and walk in to pick up. Store manager very RUDELY told me they were closed due to a catering order they needed to take care of first. He refused to issue a refund due to the system not being open and for some reason he couldn't open it? Instead told me come back later for your order or refund. There was NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience of not being able to fulfill my two dozen donuts, two coffees, and breakfast sandwich order. I am now out of $27 due to the awful customer service the manager provided and lack of accurate store hour information on the mobile app and website. Go to Starbucks, they may cost a little more but at least their customer service is way better than what this place can provide.

I love their cappuccinos, much better than Starbucks. My toddler son devours their egg and cheese on English muffin. No inside seating at this time, best to order on their app and pick-up inside because the drive-through gets crowded.

Even on days when the line appears to be extra long, the wait is generally never longer than 10 minutes. Staff is excellent. I always recommend this location.

I was there at 8 in the morning. EVERYTHING I ask for they didn't have. So I settled for glazed donuts and two jelly filled. They were cold and stale, there is no way that they had made those the same day. The jelly donuts was covered in powdered sugar. I will NEVER go back there.

Sometimes you get sometime that sounds like they do not hate their job and customers when you order, but not usually. And that is after you wait a long, long, long time as there seems to be no urgency. Usually a line starting in front of the store, wrapping around. Then when you get to the ordering mic, they never are ready to take your order right away. When you pay, and pick up your order, you sometimes get someone sweet and cheerful, but do not count on that. There is this one girl who is always sounding grumpy, never smiles, and seems very annoyed. When you go to Starbucks, even when their line is long, it never takes even close to as long as Dunkin’. They always sound cheerful and happy to have your business, whether it is taking your order, getting payment, or giving you your order. And Starbucks always is sooooo so good. Not cheap like Dunkin’, but maybe it is worth it!!! Does the Dunkin’ manager or store owner just not care and ignores these reviews? Can we get faster and more friendly service, and good coffee, and get that consistently?

The cheapest coffee around me, yes. Not enough to keep me going back anymore. My husband waited in line 20 mins. Placed a mobile order at 5:04 am, waited in the drive thru, didn't get greeted, pulled up the the window to just be told they told open until 6 now. Mind you, they told him at 5:26 am. Manager tells him "well the app shouldn't have let you place the order."This is one of MANY horrible experiences we've had here. Someone needs to acknowledge these horrible reviews, like THE OWNER of this establishment and do something about it. I cannot believe they're still in business considering how bad it is here.

I've always been a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and naturally chose them when I moved to town and had to pay the new guy donut tax. Asked for Boston Kremes only to hear we don't have any filled donuts.Disappointing, but I came back and sat in line for another 20 minutes to try again today and got the same response. They said the bakery was working on it and it would be 30 minutes (could have just got back in line to pass the time). She tried to explain that they open at 430 as if that means I shouldn't be surprised that anything is unavailable.Filled donuts take 30 seconds to make and can be made on the spot. Also, why not hang a sign saying you're out rather than make me sit for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration and I was the 4th car) to find out I'm not gonna get anything I want? Wish Taffer rescued donuts shops.
