My honest review: from a Mexican mini taco lover!Their asada taco isn’t the best, could use more time cooking it was squishy and pale. On the other hand! Pastor was ?? Delicious. Their green and red salsa are the creamy type ! Which is perfect. The type of white cheese they use should be replaced with cotija since that’s the authentic type for street tacos. Another great thing about their taco truck was the way they make their charro beans!!! They were so good but a bit too salty. Either way I would definitely go again. ??
The food is delicious.I got tripa tacos, and my husband got a loaded potato with bistec.

This. We were looking for a good taco truck; this is the best. The burger is awesome and the baked potato looked amazing (didn't see it til after we'd ordered). Highly recommend. Even my pickiest kid found something to eat. For 6 people it was $70 (2 burgers, 2 nachos, 2 taco platters (5 each plus beans), 4 bacon-wrapped hot dogs, one steak quesidilla platter (3 each plus beans) and 12 bottles of water. Everyone loved what they got. Only criticism is that they need some fans or something to keep the flies away. Highly recommend this place!
Pros vastly outweigh the cons.
