We have been here many times and every time the kitchen is backed up….after about 2 hours maybe even longer we finally got our food. Several people just walked out before even getting their food. We decided to stay, we thought since a bunch of people left we would get our food faster…so we waited it out but when we finally did get our food it definitely wasn’t the best. Looked like it was thrown together and some parts was cold and some were hot. I think this might be the last time we go here.
Cracked Coffee Cup had to keep it on a napkin, coffee leaking out, only got one glass of water for three people ? I asked for decaf the waitress gave me regular coffee, there was no pink sugar packets, and there was no pepper in the shaker , great food it's just so small in that establishment we had to move from the booth cuz the AC was right above us so they sat us right in the middle of the aisle won't be going back for a while
Worse service I’ve had! Tables had been waiting before we arrived. They had told us to be patient since they only had one server. Well of course the server was busy taking shots of fireball at one of the tables. He wouldn’t attend to anyone except for that one table. 45 minutes went by and we walked out. As we were walking out he told the one table not to worry about paying for their food. Also the manager was looking at him while he was taking shots. She was also talking out loud about how she only made 80 in tips. Maybe just maybe because no one is getting good service
Went to Denny’s Friday night for breakfast. There was no line but we were told to wait for a table. There were several open tables. After not being seated for 10 minutes we left. We noticed there were several at tables with menus and obviously had not ordered. This was a sign to leave. Perhaps short staffed but one male waiter was more interested in flirting with ladies at a table. The others were lost and just walking around with orders sitting under the heat lamp. The service was rude and terrible. We along go back and recommend you avoid it unless you want bad service and have lots of time to sit or stand around for your cold food
Don't go here unless you want to work as a server because that's how it will be. I couldn't even get a straw. My order was completely wrong. Never got a refill until my mom got up to get it herself. It was not busy. It was pretty dead. Samantha was a terrible server and needs to go back to training. I would get better service at whataburger! Will not recommend!
Sarah was the best server I've ever had and the food was superb!
Service all around with excellent food could have been a little bit better but with the exception of it being busy I can imagine the kitchen was overwhelmed. Overall it was great and we'll be back in the next couple weeks.
Great food, as usual for all Danny's I've visited. Fast friendly service. I was a little disappointed that they don't have the free birthday meal anymore. ?And just in case there is a recent negative review, a couple seated themselves instead of waiting, as the sign in front clearly indicates. After about 10 minutes they stormed out because no one was waiting on them. Follow the directions if you want good service!
Had the greatest experience in dining out that I have had in a long time.My order was perfect ,hot fresh and just what I ordered in a timely manner served with a warm smile and friendly waitress. I have forgotten her name and I feel bad about that because she deserves recognition, along with the cook ,they were the only two employees after the manager left shortly after my arrival.The manager seemed a bit stuffy and not friendly and I almost wanted to leave, i forgot all about that manager when the waitress arrived. I had a bad day and was feeling the blues, the waitress really changed my mood and I was laughing in no time.The friend that was with me ordered chicken fried steak , absolutely huge amount of food , however , the order was chicken fried chicken which was delicious but not what was ordered . When he told the waitress , she apologized and quickly the order was delivered correctly and perfect . We were even given a free dessert to show they were sorry for the mistake. The waitress when made my dog a doggy bag full of this and that leftovers that really touched my heart.These two employs had such wonderful attitudes and made the entire experience one I hope to repeat many more times .The price was fair and I definitely will be returning and I recommend anyone try this for an late evening/early morning dining experience.
Cook did not have a mask on..He was also coughing a lot. Heard the cook mentioned some meat product had been left out for a period of time. Now I know he was referring to the ground beef. I ordered and shared a patty melt with a friend and we both were sick the very next day..Illness last 3 days.
