One of the worst experiences at a Dennys I’ve ever had. I placed an online order for two nacho appetizers, a side salad ,& apple crisp. To start they forgot a whole order of nachos in my order , they were sold out of apple crisp and we were given a cheesecake instead. By the time I arrived home the whipped cream melted and mixed with the strawberry mix which was not appetizing at all . The chips were flour chips and not tortilla chips . So we return all the items to the store to get a refund, at this point I don’t want anything anymore . The worker had to go outside and get the manager on duty because she was sitting in her car!!!! Not in any type of uniform at all , just chillin in her car on her phone ! She proceeds to tell us she can’t give us a refund because we ordered online ! Worst customer service ever!
Loved the service here. You could tell people were becoming impatient by the door and there were alot of people visiting because of Spring Break. Even through all of that, the server that day was extremely professional and respectful. It was really packed that day and he remained calm and collected, serving and assisting multiple tables. Even ones with large parties. He had a great calm and cool attitude. Will most likely come back because I didn't realize how close this location was to my home. The food was so good and filling. Thanks Denny's team and management. Y'all did outstanding.
Upside: staff friendly, good menu selections. Would say prices very reasonable, picture of bill posted.Downside: From ordering to food arrival time was lengthy.Comments: After leaving the Marine Corps I swore I'd never eat cold eggs again, but I did here. Sylvia was moving faster than any two other people and I didn't have the heart to tell her my food was cold. Couple next to me sent their food back for being cold.
Service was very lacking. Nacy our server started off great seating us quickly and telling us about the deals going on. everything after that was horrendously bad. not once did she come back to even refill our drinks. she only brought out 2 of 4 meals and never returned with the rest. I had to go find the Manger myself and she refilled our drinks and had the kitchen make and bring out our meals immediately. she also discounted $5 from the total. either way, I will not return to this location.
Had not been to Denny's on years. Was pleasantly surprised. The layout was different, very nice the staff very friendly. We had breakfast and it was very delicious. I had the whole grain pan asked and they were so good. Will go back soon and will have the same thing. Very impressed.
We have always got great service here. The wait staff is very efficient, kind and ha e great attitudes. Today we were served by Johnny (JD). He did great. Got our order right and fast. Food is great as well. We will keep coming to this location as long as it stays open and continues to have great service.
No service to our table. People came in after us placed their order. Busboy told no service and he did talk to someone and still no service. We left very disappointed. The motel next door said if you eat at Denny's show our key and get a 15% discount. Never found out if this was true
the food was hot and fast.
They definitely need more staff. 1st guy took our order but was rushing to leave, 2nd guy took our order and brought it out as it came out. My food unfortunately was cold and forgot my toast but under the circumstances I wasn't about to complain. Poor guy was working the entire lobby by himself. Definitely commend him for keeping his cool and getting the job done despite the lack of employees.
I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and they are telling me that they are closed. They were below standards the last time I came and I foolishly can't back. IHop is a better pick for a place to eat that is consistent.
