Went through the drive thru and got told they are closing right now. (It was 8:20pm) due to "technical difficulties" there was 2 cars infront of me and 6 behind me so I was stuck in line. Couldn't move at all to leave. I then hear the worker start taking the order of the car behind me. Like what the hell?? Who does that. Turned out they just didn't want to deal with "the rush"
Me and my family decided to go get some Blizzards at this DQ location around 9 P.M. The building's doors were closed with some people inside eating. Apparently it was closed even though they close at 11 P.M. Drive thru was horrendously long.Edit: Looking at a recent review around the same time as mine, apparently they decided to close or limit the people inside because they didn't want to deal with people coming. Awful experience.
I ordered a strawberry new York cheecake blizzard, with extra cheecake, and extra strawberry.... not even 1/4 into the icream...increase.... no strawberry no cheecake...how?! yes I dug down one side looking for the good stuff and nope.
Sat down for 48 minutes and they forgot my food I will never recommend this place never will I ever go here agin
Got my order wrong. Charged me for a meal but I only got a sandwich. I was on my way home before I noticed that my order was wrong.
We sat and waited for over 30 minutes.Then when our order was brought to us my Taco Salad was not how I ordered it,my kids steak finger basket was AWFUL.The fries were cold,they had a weird taste as if the grease was old,the cup of gravy was half full.I had to go up to the counter and waited even longer for my drinks.NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER EAT AT THAT LOCATION
I was very disappointed by Dairy Queen. Whoever was handling the drive thru got my order wrong and this was after I had said "twice", that I wanted a chicken finger basket, not a steak finger basket. Thank goodness I stopped somewhere close by and opened the box for a sample, instead of driving all the way home. ? When I went back to DQ, I didn't have a problem getting my chicken fingers, it was just more of my time wasted on something that should have been done right the first time. Oh yeah, the chicken fingers were good!
Dairy Queen without ice cream? And the wait with 3 cars in line is 40 minutes? Why?? Definitely not busy, but horribly slow and they just don't really care. Not one person in the dining room, Robstown DQ is way better, too bad this one is closer.
Fast, friendly service, clean, look much better than when I used to eat here.
Was me by myself and and took them 20 minutes to make a strawberry chocolate blizzard took the dq in Robstown 5 minutes and they had 3 people in front of me it’s like they move in slow motion I could make it quicker and i don’t have a clue what I’m doing
