Worst Dairy Queen. Woman at the drive thru was rude and did not know what was on the menu when asked about the new menu item. After asking she purposely took back the ice cream we ordered (that she was going to hand to us) and left the ice cream on the counter to melt before handing it back to us. Very unprofessional and ice cream was all melted. Would highly not recommend.
The team at this restaurant was VERY helpful and friendly. I had a small issue with my burger, and Jerry the manager took care of me next time. And this restaurant was clean! When the cashier wasn't taking orders, he was busy sweeping the restaurant. Awesome! Will be back again and again.
Aye the food great but this location, 6169 Saratoga Blvd. Has a nasty attitude asst manager named Valerie. Like, get someone who can at least fake being nice on the mic, keep her in the kitchen or office.
The woman working the register made us feel at home and recommended the perfect meal. Tables were promptly cleaned and the bathrooms were spotless. Amazing experience.
Order is always hot and fresh, service is always good. Been coming here for awhile, never have had a problem.
Ordered online with 3rd party app and they didn't get the order until the next day. Not their fault, but clearly there's a communication issue. I used the Zuppler app. Please do not allow this app to participate in your business. Discuss this with corporate offices.
The only thing I was pleased about was the fries were fresh. Other than that, the service and food sucked, idk why the employees were off their game, but they need to get it together, I waited 15 minutes for my order after placing it and didn’t even get what I paid for. Seriously disappointed.
Went inside to pick up food for my son some ice-cream, everyone was nice ,the crew was well dress and very respectful as well as festive ?. Thank y'all ❤️????
Got to this location at 1050, pulled through the drive thru. Sat there for about a minute with no response, said hi and still no response. So pulled around and went inside and order with an employee that didn't seem happy that I came in. While waiting for my order another customer went through the drive thru and was ignored just as I had been. Not what I have came to expect from Dairy Queen.
This restaurant does not deserve the 1 star the food was cold the vegetables looked like they were days old i did not get my moneys worthi was so disappointed and they had poor customer service very rude towards my wife and I always find my self going back hoping there will a better service next time but ,nope
